This is an absolutely amazing product which has completely elevated my training over the past few months since I've been using it. My strength and recovery are at an all time high. I was recently competing in my first bodybuilding show at the BNBF Southern, and have my 2nd show at the WNBF coming up. Been taking the supplement for a year now. Couldn’t really tell a difference until I stopped taking it on a long holiday. I find I lost muscle mass a lot faster than when taking to supplement. I now make sure I take it consistently! Highly recommend.

I have had no issues taking this supplement i am advised that it takes about 3 months to see improvement. I am on my second bottle so more than half way i do hope it helps with my mobility i have also started to change my diet.

Extremely effective if you remember and take the 3 a day. Helped in managing my hypermobility muscle and tendon pain. The first 2 days i felt like I had whiplash, turns out that was it healing. Would reccomend for help with healing muscle tissue or tendons.
