I have purchased several hydration packets a these I was able to drink. I cannot drink any artificial sugar cause it sends me to the hospital. These were the first ones I found that do not have artificial sweeteners.

Did not like the flavors, much preferred Gatorade to this.

I can tell a difference when I drink this. I stay dehydrated alot and this has definitely made an improvement on how I feel. The taste is not great but not bad either. It's a little too sweet for me. I do recommend these for anyone needing the hydration.
