Definitely complicated, unless we're just not very good at it. But it's an adventure to learn!

Space combat/expansion euro-game styling. Multi-aspect game. Simple to pick up, but hard to play well. Can be played without nuance, just for fun. Serious competition as insights are found. Very replayable. Lots of solid playing pieces. Good value. Some unusual card dimensions, but mostly standard size. More than one strategy can win.

This was a gift for my son , he was delighted. Well made & packaged well too .

Quite possibly the best space board game ever made. We have enjoyed so many great games with 2,3 and 4 players - can get some crazy strategies going. Even without the leaders it’s good, the first couple of games we thought it was all about having the cards you want but realised quickly it’s about using what you have.. worth watching the YouTube tutorial .. and if you truly want a challenge the expansion … in the blight / mind blown ..

Great game, holds attention and helps players learn new ways to solve the challenge. Replay is a whole different game....this is not likely going to get old.

Happy with buying this game at a great price, but it did take a few weeks more to finally get it in the mail?

Incredible game, however: Delivered by Amazon in paper bag. Moderate damage to the game box during transit. Contents okay, but would not be suitable as a gift in this condition. Seems unacceptable to not ship in a more robust container.
