This is a great golf training aid for improving focus and technique on lower leg/feet weight shift. Use caution at first as I started using mine on my artificial turf hitting mat and immediately noticed that the bottom of the plate made holes and tore into the turf. I just put a small throw rug between the turf and the plate to avoid further damage.

Game changer is teaching how to shift. Results in a crisp contact, longer and straighter flight. I did extensive practice before using it with a club. Should have this teaching tool long ago

Works ask described but the plastic construction is questionable compared to wood. Also, creates holes in carpet or on turf from having spikes on underside that is undesirable and probably won't work on hard surfaces.

I use it every morning and it has resulted in two important improvements: my core is now much stronger and my swing is WAY BETTER! I’m hitting better than ever! I also wanted to support a US company, and not buy a cheap foreign knock-off. High quality item.

Helps with weight shift. Worked for my grandson but not my grand daughter.

Well made especially with the foot wedge. Gives you great feel for weight shift . A little expensive but should last forever. I’ve used it quite a few times to help me build a good weight shift habit. You still need to turn your hips and rendition go through the swing

You buy this pressure plate open the box no instructions just a little card to tell you to go online and download their app. So you download the app looking for tutorials and stuff of how to use the thing and all you get is the app telling you to sign up for the pro version, so that you can get the tutorials and see how to use this item. When you download the app, you’re told it’s free then you’re told it’s used to shots on the golf course no mention of any tutorials or how to use the item, You just bought very very frustrating. I am an advanced player with an eight handicap, trying to improve the power in my swing. I would not recommend this since there is nothing to tell you how to use it properly to get the most out of what you just spent. There were three items in the box. The pressure plate, power wedge, in this little black piece. After looking in the box, the little black piece broke off the two black plastic pieces in the box that I guess hold the board in place don’t know if it’s part of it or if it’s not..
