Overall product is good
Sometimes change the voice from both ears to one ear then back. Sometimes it's automatically disconnected from my phone. Observed having some problem. Arrange to pickup and refund the amount.

Everything about this product is bad.
Size and shape? Irritating. Comfort? More like discomfort. Sound? Tin can. Controls? What controls? Battery? You'll know when it powers off randomly. Functionality and anc is just there for the show. You'd expect basics at this price and you get a glorified garbage for a pair of earbuds.

Worst customer service
My headphones stoped working after 3 months and there is no customer support from spigen India there are no complaint center no customer support number nothing and Amazon says to contact spigen and ther eis no way to contact them
