12FT Garden Dome Tent

The media could not be loaded. We purchased the garden dome/igloo for Christmas and it has served us well all winter. We screwed it down to our deck and it did not budge at all. Putting it together was a little tough but well worth it.

The only reason im giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because of seller communication. I assembled the igloo/dome during an abnormally warmer winter day. It was difficult to assemble (instructions are very complicated to follow.) I had it up not more than two weeks before issues started happening. A few of the bars cracked and causing the bars to poke into the clear PVC dome cover. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me replacement pieces so I went outside and counted to the best of my ability how many of each I needed. I sent to the seller and they promptly shipped me replacements. The only positive is I guess they tried to help. Anyway, when I went out to replace the damaged ones with the new ones I just received, I discovered that several of the connection pieces cracked and more of the bars cracked too! I'm well past the return period now and even if I could get replacement pieces, I've discovered they are near impossible to get off and replace. $400 down the drain (thank goodness it was on sale) and I'm left with a heaping pile of plastic trash. I live in an area where we have extremely harsh winters, but I still expected it to last more than two weeks - heck I would have been happy if I had only got a year. If you live in a mild winter climate, maybe this will work for you (fyi - and it does hold heat in and is significantly warmer that outside air temps). Disassembly is almost impossible. I guess I'm sucking this up to one very expensive mistake. I really had high hopes for this igloo.

I bought it for my two sons and their friends to "hang out" in the colder winter months.It's PERFECT!

I got this done for my hot tub and the Colorado weather. A little confusing to put together but it ends up a nice Dome! Stays warm in 30° temps!
