Such a good resource. At the beginning of the book are useful tips and tricks as well as good solid information on using your bread machine. We’ve loved everything I’ve made so far!

I haven’t tried the recipes yet, but I am an experienced bread machine baker. Almost none of the pictures that accompany the recipes look like they were made in a machine. They look like they were made and baked in an oven.

Awesome book

This is a good beginners guide to bread machine baking with a lot of recipes and easy to follow. However, photos appear to be AI generated and I’ve found errors in the recipes (i.e. a 1lb loaf requiring higher measurements than a 1.5lb loaf), so be sure to read recipes thoroughly before jumping in. Will try a few recipes within this book, but think I’ll also grab a more reliable and established book.

I’ve made a few recipes out of this book and they’ve all turned out perfect. Love that there are instructions for the different sized bread machines as I have a 1 pound bread maker. I really appreciate the recipes also including weight measurements. Very good recipes.

My wife has long wanted to make bread herself and not buy it. I have already done it several times, but without practice it didn't work out as I wanted. You still need to know where all the measurements, quantity, products and step-by-step instructions are. It's much easier that way. And when everything works out and you repeat it more than once, then you can do without a textbook. But, it is certainly more convenient to look when you have forgotten some measurement, etc., than to search for information for a long time in various manuals. She is very satisfied, and it turned out delicious. I recommend!
