Same as Culturelle Abdominal Support and Comfort
Same active ingredient as the old Culturelle abdominal support and comfort (which I can’t find anymore), and works just as well. I can do every other day with no negative effects, but I am back to bloating and discomfort with less frequent ingestion. This has helped my baseline for my fructans and gos sensitivities, so if I don’t remember to use fodzyme powder I am not in nearly as much pain as I used to be. (About me: IBS-C, severe fructans sensitivity, moderate gos sensitivity, mild mannitol sensitivity)

Buy this if you have IBS/D. It will help you have normal bowel movements and minimizes diarrhea.

Not effective for me
This did not do anything for me that I could discern. I took the whole box as directed but won't be purchasing again. Actually saw them first on Tic-Toc and believed that review. Good luck to others - maybe they do work for some folks.

Not for everyone - I don't react well to Bacillus coagulans
There are a lot of coagulans products out there, and I'm going to have to avoid them, and go with the more common acidophilus/bifidus probiotics.

Works great for bloating
This product is great. If you spend time on their website, you'll see how well researched the product is. That's why I decided to give it a try, specifically for bloating. Tons of probiotics in this space - not too many can say they have invested as much time into offering truly evidence-backed options. I noticed a significant difference in my symptoms after about 4 weeks, and I'm a big believer now (I'm on my 3rd box already). Highly recommend for anyone struggling with bloating!
