Parts aren't clearly labeled. I am so over it.
Don't ever buy a Christmas tree from Amazon. It said to put part A on B and B on C. So what am I supposed to do with the extra part? So where is the labels stating part A, B, C? Have taken it apart multiple times the only obvious parts are the two top tiers. The other two tiers just flop around. No matter how many hours I spend "fluffing" the branches it still looks bare, bald and just really reallying bad. Don't get me started on the white crap on the branches. The tree just looks sparse. You can see the metal poles supposedly branches and the metal poles that I'm assuming is supposed to be the tree trunk. I haven't even plugged it in yet so I don't know if the lights work. Frustration level is at the maximum. Just don't waste $100 on this tree. Charlie Browns tree looked better.Plugged everything in and only the bottom lights workits supposed to look like there is snow on the branches but it looks like a horn teenaged boy got freaky with the tree.I can't unsee this.

All of it. Looks pretty. Easy to assemble. Just love it.

Ruined Christmas!
I received the defective tree back after returning it with the base and chord for connection missing from the box. The box was partially open and the broken pieces still inside. It’s trash now because it’s useless. It’s Christmas Eve and the replacement tree still hasn’t arrived. At this point I just want my refund. Not happy.

Not as advertised
My tree came in and I was in complete tears . I’m a single mom who takes care of my disabled mother . Was hopeful for a beautiful tree but it is nothing like the description .

Very poorly made - THIN - can barely see snow
Very poorly made - THIN - can barely see snow - lights not built in on a strand - need connected by wire each stack - very cheaply made for as much as they're charging. I'll post pictures soon.

Yes I said it. This is NOT the tree in the pic. The one I got was so thin this was the ultimate Charlie Brown tree.

The tree comes as a pre-lit tree with no way to plug it up to the socket worst purchase ever do not buy
