BUSH'S BEST 16 oz Canned Large Butter Beans, Source of Plant Based Protein and Fiber, Low Fat, Gluten Free, (Pack of 12)

I've tried all the different brands of butter beans and found that Bush's are the best for quality and taste, even better than Goya's. Most others have a lot of broken beans and skins; some leave a pile of mush after cooking. Bush's are big, firm, and yellow and hold up very well when cooking. This is the first time I bought through Amazon and am very pleased. Not only is the price 75% of the store price (if you can find it in your local market), the 12 pack cans arrived in perfect condition, no dents, dings, anything. I opened two cans and sure enough, only one or two broken beans in each. Very pleased.

I eat a lot of beans, and usually buy them dried (from Amazon, ofcourse), and cook them myself. Lima beans are of my favorites, but are usually too expensive for me to buy them. That wasn't the case this time. I guess they must have been on sale. I was looking for Bush's Best baked beans, for even though I'm the world's best cook every once in a while I like something cooked differently, and ready made. And Bush's Best are the best, even though they usually cost a little more than I care to pay. But they do go on sale on Amazon, like everything else. You've just got to keep looking over stuff like I do. I usually only place one big order a month on Amazon (on payday), but am window shopping on Amazon numerous times a day. I already placed this months order, and was loading up my shopping cart for next month. But then I saw it, and couldn't believe my eyes. A twelve pack of 16 oz cans of Bush's Best butter beans for only ,08 cents per ounce. That's incredible! I knew that price wouldn't last long, and I must purchase them immediately. That was yesterday, and now the box containing those twelve cans is sitting on my coffee table. I'd write more, but need to open a can, pour the contents into a bowl, and microwave it for about a minute, before eating it.

I will never understand why you cannot find lima beans or butter beans in a can at any grocery store that I go into. Glad I found these on here and these are perhaps the best Butterbeans I have ever purchased. The packaging was good and I didn't have a problem with any cans being in dented which I was kind of worried about since that has happened in the past but not this time.

Product is good and price was great! Arrived quickly. I don’t understand why most cans arrive dented…not little dents but some have multiple big dents in them.

These taste good. Some beans are a bit hard if not cooked for enough time.

In my opinion they are better than the tiny ones.... The texture is great! Haven't found a bad batch yet! Taste is good, I cook down hammocks and onions then add the beans, they take on the flavor nicely. They are a quality product!
