Q: Will this screen work with arduino due?

Yes it works just fine, That is what I am using it with and it's just great. You need a shield to attach it to the Due. Other wise you need a lot of wires to connect it. The disadvantage is that it covers up a lot of the pins that you might need to use.

Q: What shield could i use with this lcd? Is one necessary?

You definitely need a shield b/w your Arduino board and this touch panel. For Arduino mega, p/n 150120 from SainSmart works.

Q: What library will work with the touchscreen?

UR Touch / UTFT library works well without any issues for this screen.

Note: brightness adjustment is not available, and it is incompatible with Uno, Nano, and ESP32 boards.
