To anyone with autoimmune conditions, this book will change your life. I have four autoimmune conditions and this book cleared all of them up within a few months. Great recipes which are pretty easy to follow and taste good too. Helpful in getting started on an elimination diet for auto immune and other diseases

This book is a life saver!
This book is amazing! I thought I wasn’t going to be able to have any food with flavor when I started on the AIP diet, and these recipes are very yummy! I’m a total beginner in the kitchen and these recipes were very easy to follow. Highly recommend if you are doing AIP and want tasty food.

So far so good
Info about AIP is good. Book is well-made and well-laid out. I've made several recipes so far and the only one that turned out gross was the "ranch dressing" The others are really tasty! Fair warning, you WILL have to stock up on all the weird ingredients that are AIP compliant, so prepare to drop your Whole Paycheck at Whole Foods.

Great recipes and ways to help you feel like it isn’t a limiting diet. I started the AIP diet because I am allergic to most of the items that are avoided within the diet. I still have to substitute several things but it isn’t too difficult to do. I like that the diet uses good food and shows ways to have items that “cheat” without cheating. Like cheese made from other ingredients. I refer to this cookbook weekly when planning my meals. The AIP Nachos are awesome👏

Easy to follow directions. Sauces are great and can be added to many different meals.
I love the recipes in this book. So many great ways to cook and feel like you are not on a restricted diet. The best part is that the recipes don't keep you in the kitchen all day like You usually would be on the AIP diet. My favorite so far are the sauces because they are allergy free and I can batch make them and add to a variety of meals. The pictures are great and make me want to try them all. I prefer that the sauce recipes are put together because it makes it easier to premake them and add to other meals. This makes it more versatile. We are already very restricted. I would hate to have to look through the entire book for a sauce bacause I want to change it up a bit.

Not that simple.
There is a lot of good information at the big inning about the AIP diet, the elimination process, etc., but the recipes are not simple. Most of them have so many ingredients. A LOT of prepping and a lot of baking recipes using ingredients that I wouldn’t even know where to get. There are soooo many recipes and not enough pictures. I recommend looking for Mickey Trescott’s books if you are new to AIP and don’t have a ton of time you can dedicate to meal prep.

Great tasting easy to cook food
I was told I have Hashimoto 5 months ago and it’s been a journey to find food that is easy to cook with flavor. This cook book has been great. I can finely eat a sandwich, I made the turmeric tortillas and used them as a wrap for a chicken sandwich. The rosemary and thyme focaccia bread is next on my list to make. Another favorite is the one pot chicken bake. I recommend this book for easy recipes that have a lot of flavor. The front of the book has good information on the autoimmune protocol, I would say the recipes are the best part of this book. I recommend it if you are looking for easy things to cook that taste great.

I have been working my way through this cookbook , and loving all of the recipes along the way. The author has done a wonderful job of researching the Paleo AIP diet and adapting so many delicious recipes for AIPers. She makes it easy to plan grocery lists, keep your pantry stocked, prep cook annd execute delicious recipes, every time! Love this cookbook. It is my GO-TO in our home.

I don’t have a specific autoimmune disorder but do have food intolerances, some acute, others tolerable. I have been mainly paleo for a lot of years now and have tried strict AIP to help with gastric problems, inflammation, pain and general fatigue. The protocol worked very well and improved my general health. I found however that I became bored with eating mainly the same things and resented not eating the same as my family. This book is full of recipes that both I and my family can enjoy together. I have tried the honey lime chicken and peach salsa and the sweet potato gratin. There are many recipes I can’t wait to try. So lovely to have a book with easy AIP recipes and not too many ingredients. Thank you Sophie for making it easy and interesting to follow the AIP protocol.

I wish I had this book 1 year ago when my AIP journey begun. Sophies book has really simplified my planning and time in the kitchen, but most of all giving me a large variety of delicious easy meals to feed my family!
