I absolutely love the OUFER threadless nose stud earrings! The G23 titanium feels very high quality and is perfect for sensitive skin—no irritation at all. The flat back design is super comfortable and stays in place all day, even while sleeping. The tiny CZ stones are sparkly without being flashy, giving a clean and elegant look. I also appreciate having size options and getting two pieces in one set. Easy to insert, secure, and stylish.

Needed a flatback push pin option at 20g for earrings. Chose the 6.5mm length in three different gem sizes for triple lobe piercings. These earrings are wonderful and very comfortable. I was very happy to find push pin titanium jewelry at 20g as it seems the standard option is 18g. I definitely recommend this purchase. The earrings won’t fall out if you bend the pin slightly as intended for this jewelry type. The earrings are so secure I’m actually not sure how I’m going to take them off myself. Some of the gems are a little loose, but I haven’t lost any yet. Great value for the price. I would love more flatback design options at 20g.

I’m really impressed with these OUFER 20G gold nose rings! They’re super cute and have a simple, classy look that goes with everything. The gold finish is shiny but not too flashy, and they feel comfortable enough to wear all day without irritation. They also stay in place really well — I don’t have to constantly adjust them like I’ve had to with other nose rings. The quality for the price is amazing, and getting two in a pack is such a bonus. They are a little too long but otherwise fit great and are comfortable. The flat backs are great and this is my preferred style of nose piercing

I needed earrings with shorter than average posts and secure flat/sleeper backs for every day wear. These are perfect! They are little tricky to put in because they are small, but a little 5 dollar helper tool made it much easier. They are super cute and much nicer quality than expected based on the lower price and poor experiences with similar brands.

Bought these for my nose piercing! So far so good, it's been healing much better. I originally had a L shaped nose ring when I first got it professionally pierced but it kept getting snagged and caused a bump but since I have changed it, it's been a bit better and I dont have any snagging or it randomly falling out cause I bumped it. The size is fine, though it was kinda hard to get into my nose so just make sure you know the size you're getting. The color is basically the same as shown so no issues so far. Still looks super cute!

Short enough post that it doesn’t bother my septum, but wide enough base that I’m not worried of it getting pulled through. The gems have stayed and I haven’t experienced any wear on the gold after wearing for 3 months straight without removing them. Very nice and affordable for what I needed

I somehow lost one of the diamond pieces using it in my nose. The first time it fell out I was able to find it, but the second time I didn't notice it fall out. They are comfortable enough to wear and I haven't had issues with the one in my tragus. I think if you are putting it in a piercing that doesn't get touched much it should be fine. I'm constantly scratching my nose or adjusting my glasses so I suppose that was my fault. The size of the gem is just right, and it’s not hard to get the end on. I do use grip things to help insert the base because I have long nails that makes insertion in my tragus and nose difficult. The threadless base fits other threadless tops, so it wasn't a total loss since it's the only base I have in this length.
