So been using for going on two months now I'd say they definitely make a difference from not using them. I think of course it took some time to build up in your system. So I didn't want to write too quickly. These aren't a miracle so for me I would not suggest skipping any showering but I did that experiment as some others did to see how effective this was for me it did not work in that way so keep up your normal hygiene routine these aren't going to rid you of normal odors that occur from daily living. Um I read some ppl saying the stuff was so potent their poops were minty. I 100% believe they made that up. It is not that powerful. Your poops will be green but they will smell the same. I will say I do believe the bathroom airs out much quicker than before I started taking these lol. Also I seen some say it makes them gassy. Um I've done some extensive fasting including a three day dry fast and I was not gassy. Gas is gone when your fasted, burping and farting tends to resolve when there's nothing in your system and I take these during my fasting. I love the minty smell of these skin health tend to happen from fasting so I can't say whether these made a difference when I'm constantly fasting my skin improves from that alone . So I will be continuing these I might get on subscription.

Sweaty girl here with body odor. I've been taking this for 6 months now, and it definitely reduces body odor as long as you're consistent. It does not totally eliminate it; unfortunately a lot of that has to do with genetics. However, when combined with Hibiclens washes once a week on my problem areas, my body odor is practically zero unless you're RIGHT up against my skin.

This is an update to the review below. Though my opinion of the product has not changed, I must give well deserved kudus to the purveyor. They contacted me on receipt of the review with the usual business cya language, but accompanied that with an unexpected grand gesture. They offered (I accepted) a full refund for my second purchase. I thought that without requesting a return it was exceptional customer service. Though the first purchase was still a painful waste, at least they covered the second. And now I'm armed with a great revenge tool, should I find myself in need of one, in the unopened factory fresh, second bottle. A word to the wise ... Don't offend ... I'm prepared. I experienced some very disturbing issues while briefly using this product. I hesitate to clarify those issues as they are rather gross. However, since I cannot return an unopened bottle I ordered before realizing what was happening, it's headed for the trash bin. Yes, I'm now out $20, but I can return to my normal bowel routine. I did warn about the gross part.
