After updating Windows 10 it runs great. The SSD drive helps with quick startups. Not a new machine, but at this price it's hard to beat the performance. The case is in good shape, the mouse and keyboard are brand new. It has 3 display ports and no physical HDMI port, but it comes with an HDMI adapter.I am pleased with the purchase, so I recommend it.

To note: When I opened the side panel of the PC the traditional spinning drive was mounted crookedly in its rack. With a little coaxing I was able to remove the drive and re-mount it correctly.Everything else has met or exceeded my expectations. The machine is fast, has plenty of disk space of both SSD and traditional, and runs flawlessly so far. I am not a gamer so for my needs it is just the thing I needed.

Powerful machine at a bargain price. I put a GTX 1060 graphics card in it and it run my flight simulation flawlessly at high frame rates.

I bought this March 2019 and REGRET IT! I bought a 5 year warranty plan with it, just Incase. I have sent it in 3 TIMES for repair and it’s one thing after another. I’m so frustrated.I just got it returned from repair today and I can’t connect to WiFi now.RUNNNNN !!

The system crashes a lot.

The computer works great. 100% as described. I opened it up and every thing was clean and hooked up right.

Should have read the description, but then who would ship a computer with an operating system that is not compatible with the components installed? Apparently these folks. The AMD Radeon HD 4650 IS NOT SUPPORTED BY WINDOWS 10. Not sure how these folks get their approval when they don't even bother to check for compatibility before slapping Windows 10 on the machine.Also, 2TB HD was intermittent, Checked the SMART codes and failure was obvious. Driver Caches were corrupted, Moved the video card they shipped with it to a Windows 8 machine and ran diagnostics and there were errors in the video memory. I don't know who certified these people to do refurbs, but their quality control process has some serious gaps. I'm swapping out the bad/incompatible parts, but someone without a fair amount of resources would be in serious trouble. Called their support earlier today, spoke with them about the video issue and they said they would call back. 3 hours later and no call. AST appears to be not very reliable.

Very fast, very inexpensive. And it's a Dell! I did add a nice video card to it after purchase. That made it perfect.
