This flash light is a strong and heavy light for the price you get it for. An interesting thing was that it provides an adapter and three AAA batteries for you to use in place of the other battery. I am not entirely sure if the three batteries are rechargable as I did not use it since there is one big rechargable battery already inside the actual flashlight. One thing to note is that you need to remove the cover to have the battery active. Also be careful when opening it as the battery is heavy and can fall out. The light is strong so I will say do not look directly at light as it can be pretty blinding and can cause damage to your eyes. The battery installed is pretty strong and was at about 75 percent to 60 percent charged. I did do a full recharge and check the power levels every day. So far it did not drop on standby. The device is simple and straight forward to use. If you are using this in a long period, note that the flashlight does get a bit warm. The battery can easily be removed and swapped out of the adapter one of you need to do that. It is simple as you just need to unscrew the flash light and replacing the battery in like any other battery operated flash light but careful as the threads are not long the battery falls out pretty quickly. The standard battery is not your standard everyday battery. I am sure what battery to replace this with but you have the adapter if needed. Once this battery is installed, you never have to really take it out again unless you have to change the battery out. It can be recharged within the flashlight. In terms of brightness, I used it during a recent black out and it was actually decent. Just placing it down on the ground and pointing it up at the top of the room was able to light up the small bedroom no problem. The battery only drained about 30 percent within two hour of use. It has the standard 4 dot lights as battery level indicator. This is on continuous usage and again it does not get super hot but gets a bit warm. From what I can tell, it takes up an hour to charge 30 percent to but varies based on medium. The overall design of the flash light is pretty big but it still fits in your hand. There is a wrist strap installed and provided. The strap is not bad and can be adjusted. The charging port is on the opposite side of the power button. It is covered by a little silicone cover. You need a little bit of a nail to get into it but you just need to push and get your nail under to pry it off. I would be careful when handling these silicone covers. I found the piece attaches to the flashlight tends to rip overtime. This one does not have those magnetic end which is surprising but fine as I do not need it for that. You can adjust the light focus by pulling the cap part up or down. The whole flash light is made of metal and it is pretty durable from drops and such. The flashlight is also one of the heavier due to the battery and material. Also I like that this flashlight can be used as an emergency battery charger for my phone. It has a usb and usb type c although type c is charging only. The neck is big enough to accommodate both ports. The box is not bad. It is a somewhat hard plastic box. It clipz and seals well an makes great for storage and attaching to your backpack if needed. It has foam interior to keep everything from rattling around. Overall this is a good flash light but it is on the heavier side so may not be the best for everyone. It is still compact, bright, and works really well. Just make sure to charge the device when you get it as well as remove the cover. I do like that there is an adapter that allows you to use three AAA batteries but i am not sure if the ones provided are rechargable. The case is nice for storage. It is comfortable to hold and take with you on camping trips.

For the money these lights and this company are extremely well built.had to extend the spring in the cap to get a better connection but other then that it’s awesome,super bright super light and holds a charge a long time ,also comes with a AAA adapter to use if you have to for some reason

I have the PHIXTON 2401, and the new model, the PA160 and the single mode PH2403....all using the coupons.... 1. All PHIXTON models that I have purchased, came with a nice case and extra regular batteries and housing. The case alone...great storage in the car, etc and the extra regular batteries along with the rechargeable....great package for the price. 2. Housing for all three models....SOLID 3. Flashlight: Bright...does its job 4. So far...very happy. I like the look and feel of the P2401 over its new model PA160. Favorite is the PH2403 b/c it's just regular flashlight...single mode...and the clip...perfect. Will buy again....have 1 PH2403, 2 x PA160 and 2 x P2401....great gifts.

The Flashlight is "super bright" but it is at the expense of the battery which only lasts a short time. Not sure if this is normal but this Flashlight gets hot, I mean too hot to touch after about a minute or so of use. This fact combined with short battery life under use give the light three stars in my opinion, but I gave it four for brightness and build quality.

Very reasonable price for a rechargeable flashlight with maximum brightness. I use every evening while walking my dog, and energy consumption is minimal. Five years ago, this would have been a $100 light .

Great quality. Goes super far and bright. Great that out can be charged. My son-in-law loves it!

Did you ever see in those movies? They're in the woods camping, and then they hear a noise coming from the trees. It's dark. You could only have somewhat light coming from the fire in the middle of the camp. You look to where the tree area is and you think you see a person standing. Oh good 20-30 yd away but you don't know for sure. But you think you hear them say help me. You grab a flashlight and you shine it to that area. But that light has such a small circular beam that it actually only shines a little bit. At a time you start walking towards the woods saying is someone there? You get closer and closer then it's too late. You failed and fell for a standard horror movie trap. Not with this flashlight. You could be a good distance away. Even at that direction. Turn it on and light up the forest and see whatever is there and run the other direction! End of story you win. You survive if only all these movies ended up like this, a character with a really good flashlight. They probably didn't buy theirs from here. I like this flashlight.
