I have pain in my left hand in the palm area and in my wrist from driving and from having a bad habit of tucking my hand under my head while I sleep (I'm a side sleeper). I researched hand massagers and decided on this one because it seemed to have all the features I wanted and it would be covered under my FSA account. The device is a quality piece and it definitely helps with my pain! I thought that the massaging aspect would be like a shiatsu massage, but it instead uses compression massaging (air bags inflating & deflating). It's actually difficult to find a shiatsu style electronic hand massager, so I kept it and am glad I gave it a chance. It was affordably priced, with different adjustment features, and the heat is really comforting as well! Although I haven't tried it, I understand you could even place your foot in one for a massage, it's roomy enough for that. I highly recommend this product!

I have only had this for about a week, but it has already exceeded my expectations. I thought I was going to have to spend $200-$300 to get something like this that would be effective, but this does the job. So far I have not gone above level 1 of the intensity levels to work on the areas on my body where I need work. This is not because I'm afraid to, but because I haven't had to. So, it's plenty powerful. I use this on my lower back (sacrum), and on my shoulder, on my muscles. I also used it on my Achilles tendon. I have had Achilles and calf issues on and off for a long time in my running career. This tool really helps. Having said this, I also do eccentric stair stretches and strength work as well. When I use this on my Achilles I just "hover" over it for awhile if it's particularly sore so it can settle down. After it does though, I can be more "aggressive" with it and cover the area like I would with muscles. I also use this on my hip flexor which is sometimes tight. So, can it work on tendons and skeletal areas as well? Yes, but use caution. As far as skeletal areas, using it on the muscles surrounding the area is quite helpful, but if you see a chiropractor, I'm not suggesting this is a substitute. The question now is its longevity. The battery lasts a long time. It charges relatively quickly. It's portable. The different attachments are helpful. Again, the question now will be it's durability. With that: So far...so good! Now it is November 23, 2021- I have really like this tool. In fact it has allowed me to keep my calf strains at bay and my Achilles have benefitted as well. The question I had going in was longevity. I have put this thing through the ringer. I have used it more less every day since I've gotten it. The hitch now is that it is beginning to not turn on. It still charges, the battery still holds its power, but after the "on" button is switched on and I hit the "+" to activate it, nothing happens. What I've been doing is pushing it over and over again until it ultimately turns on. I have a feeling that pretty soon it will not respond at all. This will be disappointing, because as I have said, it has really been doing what I have needed it to do. Now, because I completed the product registration form, contacted Medcursor, and showed them a video of what was occurring, they are replacing my massage gun, and I am very grateful!

So many options so many different levels of pressure and hand movements while the massager is using the airbags to compress your hand. I am in shock! This is a phenomenal massager. Well worth the price it stretches your hand and presses it and does all the things that need to be done. If you're on the fence get this I drive as a profession and my hands are always tight this has been in use Non-Stop and it has a timer from 10 15 to 20 minutes I love this machine Best Buy so far

Ordered this item BRAND NEW and the first use was FANTASTIC! Everything worked! Tried to use it again with great expectations and the heating element did not work! No light came on. Tried to unplug & plug back in to no avail. I loved it so much from ONE USE that I put in to return and send me a replacement. Weeks later the replacement is delivered and guess what? IT’s a REFURB!!! Came in a generic unmarked boxed, but event packaged the same as the new one! So I charge it, and THE SAME EXACT ISSUE! Heating source DOES NOT WORK! I’m DONE! Fool me once…blah blah blah….TERRIBLE to even send me a REFURB! Truly insulted by that! Sending it back for a full refund!

Bought this as a gift for my wife, who suffers from hand fatigue. She says that the combination of compression and massage makes this worth every penny. She has been using it daily so we would recommend this product to anyone who has hand pain.

This massager is excellent. My husband I and both use it very frequently. With only a few minutes, soreness and tension are relieved, as well as pain. We both suffer from MVA injures and find this to be a valuable tool in recovering. Even at night, it's nice to use it lightly just for relaxation. I would have given all five stars but the battery definitely could be better. We do use it a fair bit and my husband usea a high speed so it drains faster, as any would. Don't let it stop you from purchasing. It goes a couple mm deeper than many other massagers, which is even better for deep tissue massage. The variety of attachments is great. They are all good for different areas. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of product. The price is very reasonable, much cheaper than a lot of them and it has a one year replacement warranty included with purchase. You can't go wrong. 12 speeds is definitely enough. 20-30 speed units are not necessary. The RPM's on most are all the same. I'm sensitive and I still use a higher starting RPM than this unit has. I can't see ever needing anything with a lower speed. Overall excellent product and very satisfied customers!

Good build quality with soft rubberised handle. Will not slip out of your hand. Gives a very enjoyable massage with plenty of different strengths and speeds. Eases foot and muscles from stiffness. Easy to use buttons with lots of settings for each personal preference.
