I have been taking these for a month and I'm not sure if its psychological or not but I definitely feel better. Much more awake and have more energy. I have been trying to eat better but usually my weight loss is very very slow or minimal. I am finding that the weight is coming off much easier. I was also moving house and forgot to take them for three days, I noticed a difference in my mood and energy. I've been going for blood tests for borderline thyroid which the doctor keeps saying are fine but to come back in 3 months.... anyway I dont take any other medication. Worth a try.

I take only one of the capsules instead of 2 because I also take a hair supplement, so I didn't want to overdose. I have given it 4 stars because it's too expensive for what it is. Please reduce the price to £19.99.

I have been taking thyroxine for 36 years, and I can honestly say taking this supplement is a game changer. It has taken 3 weeks for me to see an improvement, but I certainly feel better. My nails were dreadful, they kept splitting, but now they are strong, and I no longer hide my hands.I was afraid to take them, but I contacted the manufacturer about my fears, and they assured me I could take them along with thyroxine, but a few hours apart. I also spoke to my pharmacist ( I couldn't get a doctor's appointment), and she told me to leave at least 3 hours in between from taking thyroxine. My weight hasn't changed, but I think it will. I have never written a review before, but this I had to write.

I have been taking these for a month. One in the morning and one in the evening, I have found the following has occurred, joint pain gone, more energy, balanced moods, weight loss (9lbs) . I am 45 years old and peri menopausal, I have family members with under active thyroid conditions and have been tested before but no irregularities have shown. However, I have suspected for some time that I have a thyroid deficiency. I will carry on taking these for another month and update on results. I hope it helps other people who are trying to find the answer to their health issues naturally. Best £20 I’ve spent in a long time!

I noticed nothing different while taking these so I can’t give them five stars. However, everyone’s body is different and so I can’t definitely say it’s the fault of the product .

I have an underactive thyroid and have been prescripted Levothyroxine medication for many years. As I was still finding that I suffered from a lag in the afternoons and I am not happy that I cannot shift some of the weight I gained when I became Hypothyroid I thought I would try taking Body Thyroid Support Supplement to see if it would help here. I noticed that I started to feel unwell after a couple of days and put it down to one of the Thyroid relapses that I suffer from occasionally, but it got worse. The symptoms became far worse than the ones I usually suffer from so immediately stopped taking the supplement. It has taken a few days for my system to recover but I am starting to feel a bit better generally and heading back to my norm. A shame that I now have a half-full pot of the supplements that I have no use for. By all means try this, the reviews show it can help some people but if you start to feel unwell on them please stop immediately, they are not for everyone.

I have been taking this now for about a month and a half now. Unfortunately for me, I lose hair after a lot of stress, or on this occasion, a period of illness. My hair thins quite dramatically, and takes years for it to look better (i.e. for less scalp to be visible!). I bought this after having a thyroid test at the doctors - I have had this before too and on both occasions they have come back in the normal range. I know how I feel though, and combined with a nail that lifted (never had that before and horrible to see it happen!), I thought I would look in to a supplement - it certainly couldn't make anything worse. I decided on the 1 body brand simply due to the ingredients, and their quality, and on arrival, the box came with a slip for another free bottle, which is wonderful! It just allows you to stick with a supplement longer and have a better chance of seeing results - so many times I've bought a bottle of something and moved on... After a few days I noticed my hair fall had lessened quite dramatically, but after about a week or so it picked up again. However, I am pleased to say a month and a half in, my hair fall has lessened again, and has been like this for about 3 weeks. Of course, its natural to lose hair but you know yourself what is normal and what isn't - I would say I am below the norm at the moment, in terms of hair loss, which is wonderful. I will certainly continue to take this supplement for as long as I feel I need it, and have actually just purchased their Hair, Skin and Nails supplement (unfortunately this is coming from the US as it doesn't look to be available in the UK just yet), but having seen the ingredients, it looks complementary to this supplement, rather than being more of the same. I would definitely recommend this product, and the customer service is great too - worth trying out, for sure.

Only took one of these to makes sure I was okay with the ingredients and after the first good nights sleepin a long time I woke to find my shoulder pain gone and my head was no longer swimming. So I did not tke anything else out of the ordinary so it musthave been the tablet. I will defnitely take two tonight and hope that they continue to work as highlghted in the sellers write up.

Spitzen Klasse Eigentlich wollte ich erst noch etwas warten bis ich mir wirklich sicher bin, doch ich kann es eigentlich kaum glauben was ich gerade erlebe!!!! Ich habe die Lieferung sehr schnell erhalten.....DANKE Ich habe mir auch noch die Kapseln für die Schilddrüse dazu bestellt und in der Kombination ist das scheinbar ein Zaubermittel. Ich war mit meinen Nerven schon am Ende und hatte schon aufgegeben etwas gutes für meine Hashimoto Erkrankung zu finden. Endlich habe ich wohl Glück gehabt!!!! Mein Leiden geht jetzt schon viel zu lange und ich laufe Jahre von Arzt zu Arzt traurig das sich keiner wirklich auskennt. Ich habe mich total alleine gefühlt und erst sehr langsam habe ich herausbekommen das es viele Menschen gibt die trotz L- Thyrox Behandlung keine Besserung der Probleme erfahren. Schlimme Unruhe, Herzrasen, Muskel und Gliederschmerzen haben sich abgewechselt, dazu kamen noch immer mehr Unverträglichkeiten. Ich hoffe das ich aus diesem Traum nie mehr aufwache und es endlich bei diesem Zustand bleibt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen es unbedingt zu versuchen, ich habe es nicht bereut. Da ich jetzt 59 Jahre bin wurde alles auf die Wechseljahre geschoben weil ich ja Schilddrüsentabletten nehme und das aus der sicht der Ärzte ausreichend sei???? Katastrophe kann ich nur sagen!!!!

I took these supplements for a month, as well as the adrenal ones (I'm going to leave the same review on both), with one Adrenal Support capsule in the morning and one Thyroid Support in the evening. I then stopped taking them for a month and now have started taking them regularly again. Here are my experiences: I was always tired and had difficulty sleeping, and would wake up in the morning feeling like I hadn't slept at all. I have also had chronic pain related to fibromyalgia for a long time. After having some tests done, my doctor told me about Adrenal Fatigue, and I did some reading about theories of how fibromyalgia is related to the body being stuck in "fight or flight" mode after a physical or psychological trauma. I had also had difficulty losing weight over the last five years, stuck on a plateau no matter what dietary changes, supplements, or excercise routines I tried. So the Adrenal Fatigue (and other hormonal problems related to the thyroid) diagnosis brought into view what could be causing or contributing to all of my problems. Reading about various natural solutions, I came across 1Body's products and decided to give them a try. Oh My Goodness. I wish I had found this sooner. I started sleeping better, waking up feeling rested, and that alone can fix so many health issues. I was also feeling more energetic throughout the day, not even feeling an afternoon slump or desire to nap. And to top it off, I didn't change my diet (I already eat a "healthy" diet, I know that's subjective, but most different dietary points of view these days agree on eating lots of vegetables, fish, and plant proteins and fats) and suddenly started steadily losing weight. I lost 10 pounds without changing anything but taking the 1Body Adrenal and Thyroid supplements, AND I started fitting comfortably into clothes that used to be too tight. When I stopped taking them for a month, I rode the high I was on for a while, continuing to sleep well and feel full of energy. It gradually declined, and before starting to take them again a few days ago, I felt like I needed to stay in bed all day and still not feel rested enough, again. I'm not saying I think I will have to take these for the rest of my life. My suspicions are that my hormonal levels took years/decades to get as bad as they are, and so I shouldn't expect to fix them in only one month. Hopefully, taking a month's worth and taking a short (not another month) break and then repeating the cycle, will eventually get my body re-programmed to function on it's own again. I'm trying to undo the physical damage of PTSD and I think this product is what I've been needing to do that.

Very very good. I tried a lot of other things but with this one I feel with so much more energy after this pils, and i have endometriosis and hashimoto.

Dieses Produkt hat irgendwie bei mir etwas umgeswitcht. Sprich - ich fühle mich gesünder und mit deutlich mehr Energie. Ich hatte im März eine Corona Infektion und bin nicht mehr richtig in die Pötte gekommen seitdem. Ja, bis ich nun dieses Mittel mir bestellte. Ich war erst mal skeptisch, aber doch - es wird nicht zuviel versprochen. Die Kombi ist echt klasse und ich werde ggf. meine Rezension erweitern in den nächsten Wochen. Der Pack ist ausreichend für 1 Monat bei Einnahme von 2 Kapseln pro Tag. Ich nehme nur 1 Kapsel und empfinde es als vollkommen ausreichend. Also habe ich dann 2 Monate wo ich wieder zu meiner alten Form finden kann. :)
