Adjustable Pull Up Bar Dip Station Workout Station Roman Chair

I'm 5'11", so not exactly super tall, and yet I find that this chin-up bar does not provide adequate height to perform a satisfactory full-arm chin-up/pull-up even when it's full extended. When holding a fully hanging position, my knees are <8" from the floor hence I permanently need to keep my lower legs lifted off the ground. I purchased a free-standing chin-up stand, as opposed to a door frame mounted version, in order to avoid this very problem.

Great bit of kit once it's up.Instructions were not in English but not to diff to follow.Very sturdy and solid when doing pull ups and chins, no worries about wobbling.Happy with the product the only down side was the delivery company.

Easy enough to assemble. Works well space-wise indoors. Great for chin-ups and dips.
