Retinoid Cream - 4.25% Retinol Night Moisturizer for Face & Neck with Collagen, Peptides & Hyaluronic Acid - Anti Aging Wrinkle Cream, Improves Skin Tone & Texture, 3.4 oz

Hey guys! Here’s my honest opinion of NAELI’s Retinol Night Moisturizer. Two things that I think are worth mentioning and giving respect to are that; 1. I don’t think that there is anything I’ve seen on Amazon like it. 2. There certainly isn’t anything I’ve used before that features a 4.25% Retinoid, Collegen & Peptide Complex. *DISCLAIMER* - I have very sensitive skin and deal with some hyperpigmentation from prior breakouts which led to me trying this product out in the first place. I’ve used different retinol cremes and lotions before but nothing to strength. 1. Size/Quantity: As with similar NAELI skincare products, the size of this bottle was on the smaller side at 1.4 FL OZ. For me, who uses this for a full-body application, I typically run through this rather quickly, but for those of you who intend on adding this to your typical 1-2 nightly facial routine application, I think this sized bottle would probably be fine. I also want to mention that the ingredients feature A TON of great stuff, so If you’re good at using conservatively, you’ll definitely get the most out of this - regardless of the size. 2. Quality/Consistency: As for the quality and consistency of the Retinol Moisturizer; It’s definitely packed with all of the things you want in a quality product. The moisturizer is white, creamy, and there’s no real smell to it, so that took away my anxiety about possible breakouts from artificial smells and stuff like that. It feels similar to a lotion that dries quickly. 3. Effectiveness: Okay, so the packaging for this moisturizer says to apply every other night after cleansing for those who have sensitive skin. From there you can gradually increase the instances of your weekly applications, and I pretty much followed the directions on the packaging. As of right now, I use this product every other night after I shower. I’ve noticed that that my skin does well with this schedule. I also want to mention that I leave my skin a little damp out of the shower so that I get an easier and more widespread application of the moisturizer without having to use as much of the product. And like the packaging says, I have felt like my skin feels a lot more luminous and even-toned. I think it helps that I apply at night, when I feel like my skin is the driest, so after application, I wake up with skin that looks and feels a lot more hydrated. 4. Customer Service: I also feel like it’s worth mentioning that if you have any hesitation or concerns with this, NAELI does a great job at responding and offering their product knowledge & expertise to aid you on your journey. 5. What could have been better? Like a previous review, my only real criticism is that I use products like the Corrector and the Night moisturizer for full-body application, so I typically run through products like these a little faster than usual. With that being said, I would like to see more options in the catalogue for larger quantities. I know that my use-case is a little atypical, but out of all the things I’ve considered, I couldn’t really think of anything that the night moisturizer didn’t do for me. Additionally, for anyone using this just for their face, it may very well last you a month or even more, which is great for the price. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend giving this nighttime retinol moisturizer a shot and for those reasons, I decided that it deserved a 5/5 rating.

I was new to using retinol, and admittedly a bit impatient... I may have chosen too high a concentration to begin with. I did have to ease into use ever so gradually, using it once a week when I started. Took a few months to build up to where I can use it everyday. I had bad retinol purging in the beginning, so if this is making you break out look up retinol purging... this is actually common and not necessarily a reaction to the product. Essentially this stuff packs a punch, in a good way. It seems to be the high concentration it is listed as. Previous lower retinol percentages never made me purge or dry out, but also never seemed to do much for my skin appearance. Now that I am up to daily without problems it leaves my skin looking so smooth and soft. I feel hydrated and it does seem to make my wrinkles around my eyes a bit less. I can actually gauged my wrinkles meaningfully as it really effects how my foundation looks when applied. When I keep up with my retinol my foundation is so much smoother to apply without falling into my creases. The texture is a pleasant lotion that absorbs quickly. The fragrance is definitely noticeable. Personally I really love the way this stuff smells. It's hard to explain... It's a bit more woodsy and spicy instead of the overused sweet floral notes so many products use. It's a clean and natural smell, and doesn't have that artificial fakey perfume smell.

Okay WOW. so I actually bought this because I bought the under eye cream because I started to see slight wrinkles underneath my eyes. I ended up buying this product because Amazon suggested that a lot of people buy it together and thought why not. So far I'm underwhelmed by the under eye cream, but this night time cream is everything. You can kind of see in the pictures but it has made a world of difference in the texture of my skin. I have been wearing it 24/7 since I got it for the last 5 days. I put it on before I go to bed and then again when I wake up in the morning. my skin has a tendency of getting this rough texture to it and almost little mini pimples in each of my pores and just having the texture be rough, this has made my skin so much softer. It also looks nice and firm and even with a nice gloss, but not a greasy glow. I also find that this has taken my oil level way down. I have combination skin so my skin gets dry but it also gets oily really easily and I'm always blotting my face during the day, with this I'm blotting substantially less. Also it smells good and it's not greasy or oily, it takes a few minutes to absorb into the skin but it feels so good on the skin. You can tell that it's all natural good products that are in it. Also the packaging is really nice the bottles are glass so it just looks and feels nice. I will 100% be purchasing more of this, I've already recommended it to a few of my friends. I've tried a lot of things out there and this is BY FAR my favorite product out there for skin care.
