Good price compared to mail-in mothguards
I've been a grinder for 25 years, and I used to have to order the super expensive dentist guards before the self-foldable ones came out. This mouthguard is great! I have a small mouth - it's easy to mold and not bulky when you sleep at all. I wish I could buy only the adult guard bc I don't use the child one, but the item is worth buying anyway.

I NEVER give a 5 star review!
I bought the night guard because u cliche my teeth when I sleep. I have them for 3 days now. They are easy to fit, comfortable to wear, and smooth to my tongue. I don't wake up throght the night from jaw pain now. My husband I left fir the weekend I forgot to pack my new mouth guard. We stopped at a large box store and I bought a new mouth guard. BIG MISTAKE. The replacement is hard, uncomfortable, rough, dries my mouth out. I will most certainly be these repeatedly. I am very impressed! Nothing says how long you should wear before replacing. I clean mine with toothpaste and a soft toothbush everyday and am planning on changing it weekly.

Great for Teeth Grinding
I bought these out of a recommendation from my dentist. He noticed my teeth were cracking so he recommended a soft mouth guard over the counter to see if it would help mitigate some of the pressure on my molars. It was pretty easy to use. You boil it for roughly 15 seconds and put it in your mouth to form to your teeth. I ended up cutting off the excess plastic cause it went pretty high up on my gums and I didn't really like that. But maybe it's cause I have a small mouth? Overall, the product worked as intended and each one can be reformed once according to the box. I've only used one since I needed something to stop the grinding. Once this one gets gross I'll move on to using the other 3.

These are so Comfortable and TIPS
Oh my goodness. I wished I didn't put off wearing a mouth guard for so long. I got a more expensive one from the store and it was so uncomfortable that I eventually just stopped wearing it. My gums have receded a lot due to my teeth grinding at night so I thought I would check this out as a last resort before getting a custom guard from the dentist. Tip 1: you can mold one of these as many times as you want. I molded one about 10 times before I decided it was comfortable enough to wear! Tip 2: Make sure you cut away any excess at the top as you do not want them sitting on your gums at all. This can also cause receding gums. It is hard to cut because it's so thick so get you a good pair of scissors. Tip 3: make sure the water is hot enough. I filled some hot water in a mug and put it in the microwave for one minute. It should almost be the texture of gum. I used a spoon to carefully remove it after 15-20 seconds from the hot water and immediately pressed it to my teeth. It didn't burn me. Run cool water over it after you mold it to set it. Tip 4. Press it into your teeth in the front while molding to prevent your lip from poking out too much due to the thickness. It's much more comfortable this way! Again, make sure you trim away any excess above the teeth portion so it does not go over your gums! It's more comfortable that way and you won't damage your gums from the pressure. It took me about 3 days of sleeping in them to get a good fit. You can mold them as many times as you need. I could tell a difference in how my jaw felt when I woke up as I clench and grind all night long. I only wear one (either the top or bottom... I haven't decided which one I want to commit to yet). I've also use all 4 of them to mold to top and bottom teeth. I used them over my retainer I wear at night without issues as well as just to my teeth without my retainers for the nights I don't want to wear them. This is a true game changer! I have already ordered for my husband who also has issues with grinding at night and has lost of significant amount of tooth enamel from grinding.

Strange sensation on teeth
It's all right, it does the job inexpensively. My complaint is that the soft plastic material feels like it has some kind of static electricity or something that hurts my teeth when I wear it. The feeling is similar to touching aluminum foil to old metal fillings. It goes away after a bit, but it's a strange and uncomfortable sensation.
