Weve got our own preferences and its always been my preferred case, bulky. Having said that, its tricky to use a non holder type magnetic wireless charger since its a bit on the heavier side. But again, it serves its purpose which is to protect your phone.

I highly recommend high-quality design products. I am using an ESR screen protector, case, car holder, and ring holder, all of which are excellent.

The case is good and sturdy, but the charging cable doesn’t connect when the case is on the phone. To charge the phone, case needs to be removed.

I had an earlier version of this case on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it was good but had a few small issues. Now I have this version for my iPhone 16 Pro Max and all the small issues have been fixed - It really is well designed and ESR are clearly iterating on it to improve it. Key features - The fit is the very hard to achieve perfect combination between fitting firmly such that it won't dislodge when dropped yet is quite easy to remove when you want to. - The rubber lip around the top outside of the phone is high enough to offer good protection. - Corner protection is significant. Noting I've dropped my phone with this case many many times and the phone is still like new! (I have cracked a screen protecter but I really don't think that was the case's fault as it landed on the screen!) - Screen protecters fit easily (you should definitely use one with this case as otherwise the screen is quite exposed if you dropped it onto rough uneven ground - The pull out stand around the camera lenses is easy to pull out and stays in place whether open, closed or in-between with a nice stiff hinge (this was significantly improved from a previous version) - MagSafe chargers work great with it and it has a strong hold to them (also works well with non massage Qi chargers if you still have one of those) - The camera action button Is easily accessible and usable with this case - All other buttons work well - The closure flap for the USB C port stays in place, yet is pretty easy to open when required (I mostly charge with MagSafe)

Bought a couple of products from ESR now and they definitely don’t disappoint. The case is best fitted in its separate parts. Soft part first then click the hard shell all round. All fits perfectly. Love the fact that it has fine mesh over speakers on bottom and also the charging port is covered. Saving those ports from dust. Buttons are nice and “clicky” . The kick stand on the back that surrounds the lenses is brilliant and is metal and works perfectly. Magnet seems very strong. My one and only gripe would be that the back hard surface, although isn’t smooth, is quite slippery in my hands. In saying that, my hands are always cold so I have this problem with most cases I’ve used. The material round the edges makes up for this as it’s nice and grippy even in my cold fingers. But that doesn’t stop this case getting 5 stars. If you’re looking for a case that has plenty of drop protection then you won’t go wrong with this one. You can lay the phone screen down and there’s roughly 1mm of gap between the screen (with screen protector fitted). And loads of depth between the stand and the lenses as well.
