Good little clamps can sometimes hurt more than the needle as quite strong grip with it been metal

Good item, easily cleaned. The only downside I would say is I would have liked more adjustable length in the clamp positions as I had to hold it in place instead of using the clamp settings.

I bought this after reading the reviews. I think mine was faulty. There wasn't enough space within the clap to close it. If you actually managed, you'd cut the skin with the front of the claps before getting a chance to pierce. They were a little sharp around the nose part if the clamp.Otherwise they were very sturdy feeling and a nice weight.
