Product arrived defective
Product doesnβt work and received defective unfortunately I did not check it on arrival and when i wanted to use it wouldnβt start..

Stopped Functioning β Requesting Assistance
After normal use the product stopped functioning and emitted a burning smell, so I discontinued use for safety. It appears faulty and I would appreciate assistance or replacement.

Before purchasing this machine
Keep in mind that this machine operates US based Wattage (110V/60hz) and you have to get a converter (not universal travel adapter) to make it functional, which most likely impacting machine performance. I recommend to wait until UK released.

I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts. The families love them, especially the kids. They have tried several of the recipes and are thrilled with the results. They are well made, and very easy to clean. Heartily recommended.
