Heck 6 97% Pork Sausages, 400g

Although not vegan. The lower pork content is great if your a meat reducer.

Heck Pork Sausages appear to be a high-quality, lean sausage option with positive reviews for their meaty flavour. However, we were unable to taste them due to a discrepancy in the product description. The actual packaging indicated beef collagen casings, contrary to the advertised alginate casing. While they likely taste good based on other reviews and other products that we have had from heck, we cannot provide a firsthand review.

Whilst 97% Pork we found them rather dry but a reasonably good sausage.

A really lovely sausage. They are gluten and diary free, but neither of those things affect me. I buy these simply because they are a very tasty 97% pork sausage. I don't think you can buy a higher percentage of meat sausage. I grill mine, and never prick them. You should never prick a sausage. You want to keep all of the juices in for as long as possible, to stop your sausage from becoming dry. Do that, and I'm sure that you too will be delighted with the deliciousness of these sausages. Good value,high meat content

Tasty Sausages (albeit a bit salty) however overall, it's nice to know what you're eating. The main issue with Heck Sausages is no matter where you get them from, at least 50% of the time, they are at least partly not sealed. The plastic they use to seal the packets is usually really flimsy and isn't usually sealed in at least one of the corners. I know this seems like a small problem, but sausage juice will leak out of the packet onto other items (raw meat, gross!) and the sausages become discoloured when they are exposed to the air (so they look weird too).
