As someone who uses collagen products, it was nice to try a capsule rather than the powder form which can be a bit unpleasant. The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless and there is no aftertaste. My only issue is that you need to take 4 capsules daily which is a lot, especially if you take other supplements which I do. I found this a bit much for me personally. You get a 30 day supply and these are not as cost effective as the powder form in my opinion. These are really good for people who struggle to swallow collagen in powder form.

Fast delivery and dose what it says on the tin .. its four a day so I tend to do 2 in the morning and 2 at night as they are large pills

I didn’t realise the dose required you to take 4 large tablets per day. Product is good but wish it was all in one tablet instead of having to take 4.
