SLAP IT ON TOAST
I live outside of London and, obviously, lockdown has kept me away, so I have needed to turn to online retailers for some of the more specialist food I want to buy. I first saw kaya used in an episode of Masterchef Australia and wanted to try it out so ordered a jar from here. For the uninitiated, it is a sort of coconut jam that is popular in Southeast Asia. Anyway, it is delicious and works well on toast, pancakes, ice cream and anything else you'd put a sweet spread on. I thought the Amazon price was reasonable and the quality top notch. I have ordered more jars since.
