I used this with my team and we enjoyed guessing the answers for each person as we went around the table. We finished out one category, and will use one category per monthly meeting until we've exhausted the box. The topics are office appropriate, which is a big plus, especially for a group of HR professionals! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for any team looking to get to know each other a bit better and encourage conversation and engagement.

I used these cards for a work meeting. It was fun and my team liked it. It helped start some great conversations. The problem is I cannot get the box to open. I will have to open the box with a scissor and then it’s ruined. It’s a shame.

This is a super fun deck that helps me with my employee team building process. I sorted through all the cards before starting to use and there are so many fun questions that start some great conversations with my staff. It is really entertaining to see where answers take us. I use in both team and 1/1 meetings so that we can have a little fun and at the same time I learn a lot more about my employees and how think. I sort through the deck and find cards that better fit the situation that I am trying to get a handle on. The answers also sometimes surprise me as priorities that I thought were important to them, are actually quite different. With 216 cards I will probably never run out of combinations to use. There are even a few ideas for games included in the enclosed booklet.
