Gummies are great, easy to take, taste is decent What I like is that there's not a lot of carbs in the form of sugar there. usually gummies have a lot of sugar, here it's pectin, isomalt and maltitol ( the latter 2 being sugar alcohols, better for diabetes and blood sugar control

Used them to push past the extra 10 pounds I wanted to lose. Don’t know if all of the credit goes to this product but I did loose some extra weight after hitting a plateau.

They go down easy, but I'm not sure if they're working.

These don't work as well as the soild pills
