I would have given this 5 Stars as it's much better than the two different makes of baking parchment I've already bought, but it's still not "exactly" what I'm looking for. "Once upon a time", greaseproof paper was more like tracing paper and we used it for both purposes as kids. I bought some of the If You Care Jumbo Baking Cups too and the paper that they are made from is much more like what I'm looking for, but would like it on a long roll. However, this is a good quality product and I will be using this instead of my "mis-buys". Would buy again.

It's expensive but worth it. Things never stick to this stuff and it doesn't tear easily. If I couldn't buy this anymore I'd probably invest in some silicone liners. I couldn't go back to the cheap stuff

This is the best parchment paper ever. Since I first stumbled across this product I will not use any other parchment type paper. It really is non stick and when I use it in a tray for oven baking salmon nothing soaks through onto the tin, hence I do not need to wash the tin out, excellent! When used on a tin for baking biscuits or scones it remains strong enough to withstand baking the whole batch and again no washing up needed! Strongly recommend. It may seem a little expensive but it lasts for ages and well worth every penny.

Wish I’d known about these sooner. This microplastics thing has got me spooked and good to know there are other options.

Use every week when baking. Excellent non-stick and no burning. Serrated cutter built into the box is plastic and not awesome, but we just use scissors. No more constantly throwing away aluminum foil.

I use these on my cutting board and for freezing meet mostly. I keep buying each because they are safer than the rest. The box always tears from the force of cutting the papers which is annoying because I use it daily. That won't stop me from continuing to buy it. I like the Eco factor so it is one thing I have to ignore.

Escolhi este produto para evitar papel branqueado e porque prefiro a opção em rolo (em que posso cortar à medida desejada) em vez de folhas. Funciona bem. Única observação: a lâmina para cortar o papel é completamente inútil. É preferível abrir a embalagem no topo para ser mais fácil de guardar.
