Smells absolutely amazing. Purchased to make some homeade Tom kha Ghai... came out amazing. GREAT FLAVOR!!!!! Recommend storing any unused leaves in the freezer to keep them fresh. Wonderful product.

Omgosh! These are sooooo good! They’re fresh, the aroma filled the bag before I even opened the main bag of leaves. They cook perfectly as well. I’m always on the hunt for good kaffir leaves, whether fresh or dried. But dried ones can be iffy sometimes. I’m so pleasantly surprised by how aromatic this brand is. I’ll definitely be ordering again as I’m always cooking up Thai and other dishes that call for them.

These are great to add to rice or stews to give just a hint of lime to balance the flavors. I use fresh Keffir Leaves when I can find them, but they're not always available and they don't stay fresh very long. Thank you for a quality product at a good value.

This is a decent substitute for fresh leaves, which can be hard to find. I usually try to keep a kaffir lime tree myself so that I have fresh leaves for Thai curries, but that can be difficult. Kaffir lime leaves are one of my favorite herbs in curry and you really miss it when it's left out. These dried leaves aren't as strong as fresh, so you may need to add more, but it definitely improves the dish. I'll definitely continue to buy these.

Tom Yum needs these leaves. They don't sell them at the grocery store, few people grow their own, and you're kind of killing the tree when harvesting them from other people/friends. This bag, for the convenience and all, is worth every penny. The smell of flavor explodes into your nose when you open the bag and sniff. Smells exactly like Tom Yum soup. I used about 10-13 leaves for a decent pot (7 cups of water + ingredients) and have at least half a bag left. The soup tasted amazing and had the flavor and aroma of the leaves that I was looking for. Very well priced, good quality.
