The absolute best ear wax remover
Stop, absolutely no need to scroll any further looking at other products. I made my purchase a little over a year ago and have put it through its paces. Here is the straight skinny. Screw the Qtips, twisty things that are supposed to “bore” the wax out, or the chemical drops that make the whole inside of your head itch. This thing right here is the real deal. Want to clean out ear wax? This is the tool. Want to prevent ear wax from coming back? Look no further. This thing works so well that I will never use anything else and have bought a 2nd one just to put in the cupboard in case the first one finally conks out.

OMGoodness!!
I haven't had mine very long, but the short time I've used it, it's the best thing I've ever used! Out-of-the-box it was very easy to set up. It's very easy to use. And so far, it charges well. So far, I use it exclusively in the shower. It's not loud, and there is NO pain using any of the pressure settings. My ears are very clean afterwards. I was a Q-Tip user that didn't subscribe to anything about pushing wax back into your ear. But after using my Wush, I realized it was not only possible, but a very real deal that I had some buildup. I couldn't reach the places the powered water went. But the main thing was it opened up my hearing a bit. But the biggest thing that got me was the FACT, that used correctly, it feels AMAZING! If there was a better word that could surpass the idea of amazing, I would use it. Maaaaannnnnnn, this thing feels so good, I have to be careful...I think I moaned once (j/k). Naw, but for real, my eyes have gone to the back of my head, but WHILE CLEANING MY EARS. It feels like it's softly massaging your ear drum or something. There's a warning about making sure you're used to the first stage of the three stages, before you try the other pressure levels. But it doesn't matter (to me) what the pressure level is. The pressures go from a gentle cleaning to being able possibly remove some backed-up wax, but they're all safe; not too hard, not too soft. And lastly, I believe this, for me, has been the safest way to do something that's not easily done without a bit of know-how or professional help. I bought a kit with a camera, but I realized I didn't know what I was looking for, which amounted to not really knowing what I was doing. Sticking scoops and tweezers in my ears, not really knowing what I'm looking at on my phone's camera, was not the move. But this Wush...easy.

Function Product may not Last Forever
3-4 stars, I would only give it a 5 star if the product would last forever which it clearly doesn't. Product is in fact made in China. Had this product for two years before it stopped working—seems to be a battery issue. It saved me money compared to $40 copays for ear cleanings at the clinic. Disappointed it broke, but I may buy another, possibly from a more durable brand.

Worked for me :)
Bottom line is I think it’s worth it. I’m a middle aged dude who has dealt with ear wax my whole life. Nothing like that feeling where you tap on one side of your head with a finger then the other and the tones are different. Then there is the wife telling me to turn the Tv down because it’s so loud but it’s not to me. I don’t know if this tool is the end all be all, but using it with my normal routine of ear drops will be helpful. My first use of this was with my left ear plugged and i had been using drops for a couple days. I used this on the low setting since it was new and i just wanted to be careful. I did 15 seconds on low and could see some tiny bits of ear wax in the sink, so that was a good sign. From there i used the water bulb that comes with the ear drops since I’m used to that and first blast i got the motherload out of my ear. Immediate results! Hearing restored! So, like i said initially, using it with your normal routine it’s a useful tool. For me, it’s worth having if you routinely deal with wax. I’ve only used it once so i can’t speak to longevity or durability. As far as noise, it’s not too loud. About the same level as a teeth cleaner or anything that runs a tiny pump. It’s easy to use. Instructions take 3 minutes to read completely. If your looking at this product then you probably could use it :)

Terrible Waste of Money
I never tried one of these things, but my ears felt pressure so I figured I'd give it a go. 60 dollars, steep price but I thought I'd use it for the rest of my life. Now, it's just taking up space. The water capacity is abysmal, and lasts for about 5 seconds on full power, barely enough for an ear. Trying to fill it up in the shower is awful and splashes water everywhere. It's very loud and noisy, not a big deal but heads up if you share a bathroom. The charging port is just open, so I watch water flood it, terrified it'll kill me once I need to charge it. Worst thing, it doesn't even do anything that I can't do with a cotton swab. All that news of how swabs push wax in and these devices don't, bogus. It's the same deal, who knows if the wax is gone from my ear or not. Overall, the water capacity ruins this device, and now if I want to use it, I have to drill my first ear, full it back up, finish drilling the ear, fill it back up, drill the other ear, fill it back up, drill it again, and then leave my shower. It takes 10 minutes. Instead, I could just slide my ear under the shower hose. Doing this yields the same result, for free! If you wanna try this, get a 10 dollar one. DO NOT GET THIS ONE, you're better off just throwing 60 dollars into the toilet.

Works great IF it keep working
Works very well, especially if you use ear wax softener a day or two before using. Very effective. However, I must give only 3 stars due to the longevity. I only needed to use it once every 6 months, and after using 5 times over 24 months it simply stopped working...after full charge would not power on. I *will* say Black Wolf was very responsive to my emails for support, but in the end was only able to offer a $15 discount on purchasing a new one. I cannot justify spending another $50 (after the $15 discount) on another one of these, if there's a chance it will stop working after 24 months.

Good product
I have purchased this product before. Bought this one for my vacation place so I don't have to take my home one with me.

My Ears Are Free at Last, God Almighty Free at Last
The very fact that there is such a thing as this means that ear wax buildup is a common issue. My ear wax cleaning routine consisted of loosening up the buildup every few weeks with hydrogen peroxide and then rinsing in the shower to rid the buildup. However, for about the past three months, there's been excessive buildup on my right ear where my normal routine wasn't working and I was getting tinnitus. So, out of a bit of desperation, I decided to try this. the thought of using a device to push water in my ear seemed a bit intimidating, but as mentioned, I was a bit desperate. I chose the Wush brand over the many other similar ones because this brand is promoted by a lifestyle expert on a network news channel as that seemed better than just rolling the dice with an unknown product. Included the device, a USB C charging cable, extra ear tips, instructions and an external cup for use if you don't run the device in the shower. The device itself is pretty well self contained. An arm folds out and the arm and ear tip almost recedes entirely in the unit. There are 3 levels of strength. The unit has a flip out slim door for easy filling of the water. The bottom half also slips off for cleaning and drying. It is important to follow the suggested instructions. I started on the lowest setting, then second, then the third. Also, it is important to follow the instruction of using water that is about body temperature. I tried once on my left ear but the water was cool and afterwards felt a little disoriented. The water reservoir holds about a cup of water. In a matter of about 5 seconds, all the water gets used up and a refill may be needed. After trying for about 3 rounds on my right ear a couple of good chunks of built up ear was came out. I'm a believer. Now my right ear's hearing is back to normal an no more tinnitus. Here is what I like and dislike of the Wush ear cleaner: Likes: ------ - It works to clear up even stubborn built up wax (I did soften with peroxide before trying the Wush) - pretty much a self-contained unit - 3 different modes - unit is detachable for cleaning and drying - includes extra ear tips and USB C charging cable Dislikes: --------- - didn't include a cover to cover exposed USB-C port (I use a spare that I got for something else) - water reservoir needs refilling often during a cleaning session I give the Wush Pro ear cleaner 5 out of 5 stars.
