Poor packaging, damaged goods
Came damaged but can't return as I am in need for a phone. Otherwise would return to seller for poor packaging. The phones are always great though

Impressively Fast Smartphone
Really fast phone big upgrade from my previous phone. So far not had any major errors and it was simple to transfer my data from my old phone to this one.

Good all round phone.
First time Pixel user. Good, solid case. Clear screen with Android 14 but upgraded to 15. Includes Gemini AI software. Seems intuitive but only time will tell how useful it is Very good phone. Only criticism is no SD card slot to increase memory. If you take & store a lot of photos you will have to keep transferring to another memory medium.

Love it
Was apprehensive moving to a Google phone, it was a great deal and I'm glad I went for it as it's a great phone

Impossible to connect to wifi, so returned.
Would NOT connect to our home wifi. Updated the phone in question, switched off router and made sure it had the latest updates and still wouldn't connect to wifi. Everything else in the house ie different mobile phones, tablets, ring doorbell, sky mini boxes and gaming consoles were connecting with no issues. It was only the Google Pixel 9 that wouldn't connect after doing hours of google searches to see if I could get this phone to connect to wifi, in the end I gave up. Boxed it all back up and started a return with Amazon.........
