Great product.

Product is really good. Cuts wires like butter. The winder is also ok. Bridge pin puller also works perfect. Many people dont know how to use bridge pin puller so they give teview that it is worthless. No nut loosing issue. This works perfectly and is a high quality product. Only con is high price as it is imported.

Don't think twice... Just go for it... It's an original USA made product. Build is pretty solid. Cutting technology they use here to cut strings is shear cutting... And trust me... It's cuts like butter.... So smooth no jerk felt... You'll never know when it's done...Front is alloy steel and grip is hardened plastic... But no compromise with quality... Great job done by Planet Waves... an original quality product. Don't go for cheaper duplicate available online... Go for it it's a must have accessories for every guitar player... Enjoy.. keep playing... :)

The product is good and is a quite useful tool for guitarists. The product works as stated but felt a bit overpriced coz the other string winders though local but still are available online at 250 rs price range so this shouldn’t be that expensive otherwise in terms of working it’s perfect.

The tool is okay but its basic function i.e. winding and unwinding is just frustrating, it keeps getting unscrewed itself and is barely usable. Peg puller isn't that great either. I put some locktight in the screw and tightened it. Now its working fine but i shouldn't have had to do all this work for no reason. I'd say buy any cheaper winder, all are same.

Lifetime partner for your guitars. Not for bass. It works perfectly apart from the bridge pin remover(too small) which I am unable to utilize or it might be of some other use which I still don't know. The winder & cutter are too good. I feel it's overpriced.

It is very helpful and make work easy

It's made of strong plastic, doesn't bend or feel flimsy in the hand. Cuts bass strings with ease, winds strings easily. The end that covers the tuning key is very large, and perhaps on smaller, closer spaced, tuning keys may pose a problem. You'll just have to turn one key vertical and then wind the other one, and finish off tuning by hand (of course). I like that it's plastic, contrary to some other reviews, as it doesn't scratch or mar finishes unless someone should get stupid with it, and it's heavy enough plastic that you're not scared to use it. Good product. I'd buy another one without a doubt.

What can I say about this? It's a string winder with a cutter. They're always good to have a round. I've had this one for years and it's still working fine. I think they're all about the same no matter what brand you get. The only difference will be in quality and if they'll last or if they'll break easily. This one seems well made so no issues there. I'd buy more if I ever need more.

Great little tool for changing strings Tested on a 6 string acoustic, quality seems good and everything works perfectly as it should, machine head winder, peg puller and string cutter Will be interesting to see if the cutter works on my bass next time I change the strings
