Works well, good customer support
Works well and as intended. After 8 months of use I faced an issue with the doorbell switch (it unpaired from the doorbell unit), and Cason customer support promptly helped resolve it.

Bell not working within 10 Days
This product not good. With 10 days not working. No sound. Dear friends, Don’t buy and waste your money. Above information provided genuine.

Very good product, works fine, had some doubt regarding pairing, which, on contacting, was immediately resolved by supporting team. Good product and back support.

Don’t buy , poor life failed in 3 months
Don’t buy. Failed to function within 3 months. Bought on 8th Oct 2025 , started right but now it is not working. No sound. The cost is 1099 , expected to function well but failed soon. It is under 1 year warranty but on approaching customer care they are not ready to replace. Don’t buy.

Good product, value for money
Its a good product Value for money. Nice looking. Excellent tune. Wide range. Easy to use. Automatic ringing is not a defect of product. Its a pairing issue. Please Follow the instruction for correct pairing. If anyone has a Automatic ringing issue, don't return. Call to cason support (number is provided inside) and they will give you the solution. Its really works

Good product can recommend it to buyers
This is very handy product do not required any electricians help or any other device. Just fit the receiver in switch board and you are good to go. It's been 1~ week I am using it,till now it's working as expected

Highly recommended not buy
⭐ 1 Star Review I’m very disappointed with this product. The bell stopped working just after one month of use. It’s a complete waste of money. I highly recommend not buying this product — poor quality and not worth the price! Waste of money

Very good product
Very good product. It has many tunes to suit you. Very easy to install. The range is also very good. I am using it for my aged mother so that she can call me whenever I am in the other room. It gives a good sound. The only drawback is that it starts ringing in its own even though we don't press the button, which is quite irritating as we have to rush to her room thinking she has pressed the button. Otherwise on the whole I am satisfied with the product.
