It's a pretty good meditation cushion although for me it was a little to thick/high. Its easy to open the inside part and remove some of the buckwheat filling.

I ordered the Zafu 15 days back and it is best for meditation. My seating capacity in meditation has improved. It is really comfortable for daily meditation. This is a best one.
