Does NOT cool your feet at all! In fact the heat from your feet makes the gel hot as well so pretty useless.

If anything I found these a little wide for my shoes, which was unexpected, given that I already have quite wide feet - so for me they were perfect. If, however, you have delicate, slim tootsies these are not going to work for you. Yes - you can trim the length but there's literally zero allowance to trim the width. I rather enjoyed the "bouncy castle" effect another reviewer described (if anything I was slightly disappointed that it was not bouncier, but perhaps comparing it to an inflatable castle was setting myself up for disappointment). You can tell you have them in your shoes, or, in my case, boots. I like them.

so little actual gel in these that the gel moves when you walk, that in itself is weird BUT when you put your heel down the gel is squished out from under your heel so your just walking on the plastic, and then when you put the ball of your foot down it squishes all the gel back to you heel, so youre again walking on a thin strip of plastic, no comfort or cooling going on with the pair I bought!

Didn't like anything about them.

Just what my feet needed as I am on them 9hrs a day

Great but don't stay cool for long but helps with sore feet like mine.
