The television works well. The picture is clear and relatively bright, and the sound is very good without a soundbar.....it's just right for our 4-season sunroom. Setup was straight forward except for adding an Amazon Fire TV Stick....I could not get the volume and on/off controls to work, and Svlvox is not listed as a selection with the Fire TV Stick for the brand of TV I had. Getting through to support was a lengthy process (many attempts by phone & email), but I finally got an answer on what to do....select "Toshiba" as the brand....and when I did that, I got full functionality. Concluding thoughts: 1 - It's a good TV for a sunroom - the price & performance are right for me (they have another version for "full-sun"). 2 - Setup - there needs to be documentation with Sylvox (either online or written) on what to do with a Fire TV Stick (it would be good to have it somewhere on Amazon also). 3 - Sylvox Service Support - they need more people to answer their inquiries - they have the answers when you finally connect, it's just too hard to reach them.

So far so good!!! I did have to buy a bigger mount but was able to use a few of the holes from the previous mount! It looks and works great! I added my Firestick to the back and was able to put the waterproof cover back on! It’s under an eave and I’m not too worried about the back getting wet. But then I logged into Google TV and was able to get all my apps - DirecTv, Apple TV, Paramount +, Prime, Disney, Hulu, NetFlix, etc. The picture quality is amazing! And I was in full sun! It’s like watching TV inside. I went from baseball to soccer to Godfather 2 with no issues or complaints. Frankly, I am surprised at the quality and value! If you were cautious like me, I read review after review from a few sources. The housing is amazing yet the TV is not that heavy. It even has an internal cooling fan! Highly recommend!!!

Good buy but may be cheaper on the company site, plus they also give a free cover. The picture is on our deck and the picture is amazing. Setup was a breeze and the sound is good considering it’s outside. We didn’t bother with a sound bar as required with other brands. No need.

Updated Review: Sylvox Customer Service reached out via email and Amazon message. They promptly sent a new tv, which so far is working. Good picture and sound quality. They comped the shipping on the broken tv and sent a gift card for our troubles. Updating my review to 4 stars after a week of installation and light use of the new tv. Original Review: Bought this tv not even a month ago. Installed it 2 weeks ago - used it twice. One time for set up, one time for actual use. After turning it on twice, the screen no longer turns on. Tv is covered under a 12 month manufacturer warranty, but Sylvox customer service will not call or email us back after calling/emailing 3 different times during business hours. I am now working with the 3 year warranty provider (Asurion) to get a replacement. For a $1000+ product, I expect higher quality and better customer service.

Excellent product. Last 2026 Superbowl party my sister said "The image looks better than my living room TV". Very easy setup. Had a few questions and email customer support quickly answered all of them.

This TV was a game-changer for my courtyard. I love being able to relax outside and watch a game or TV with my family and friends. It is more than bright enough for my mostly shaded outdoor space, even during the afternoon.

So far, this TV has lasted a long time without any issues. It is on a roller hooked to the patio ceiling It has a great picture. Use of this Google TV is relatively easy when used often enough. We purchased the outdoor protective cover that was made for this television. It has survived the Texas heat and cold since we moved in the summer of 2024, and it is now March 9, 2026. We had it installed by Mount Tech (Tyler, Tx.)

I have been using this outdoor tv for about 2 months now and couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve used it in a range of temperatures from 10c to -30c and with the extreme cold temperature, the tv worked as if it was in a warm area. I am very impressed with the brightness of the picture and picture quality itself. The tv is exactly what I needed for my area being by the hot tub. The speakers on the tv are far better than any indoor tv that I’ve owned but don’t be surprised that your left wanting to add a soundbar or secondary speakers but this would be personal preference on volume and sound quality. I did have to reach out to customer support with a minor issue for the remote and their support was very accommodating and easy to interact with. They replied with in 24hours and are very professional. I would not hesitate to purchase another product of theirs In the future.
