This definitely amazing to keep you hydrated!!! I use for going to the gym, taste is like blueberry. It’s a little pricey but it has lasted me for a while. Bottle is a great size.

My DAILY favorite 💙 Podium Blue Raspberry electrolytes. Natural flavors, no added sugar, and it actually tastes good,not overly salty like others I’ve tried. Gives me steady energy throughout the day and actually keeps me hydrated. It even has magnesium citrate, which I love because I think I might be slightly deficient.

Great product, purchased for my daughter for the long practices in the heat. No cramping or issues with dehydration. I’ve used it for my workouts and it is great. It does separate so make sure you shake the bottle then drink to get the full benefit. Taste is good, pricing is on par with the other quality electrolyte drinks. Gatorade doesn’t come close.

Pretty good product, doesn’t taste bad

It's a great product and definitely helps with recovery. I'm supposed to be taking some before bedtime, so I can't really complain. I would highly recommend it to anyone that's just looking for something clean. If you're feeling like you had a good workout or if you just need to stay hydrated a little bit better, it's a great product. It's very salty, so just an FYI for those that dislike salty things. It definitely gets a lot of nutrition.

I can feel my body hydrating on the first sip. Strawberry flavor is excellent. This doesn’t have caffeine but it’s so hydrating I usually get a natural burst of energy
