If I could leave negative stars, I would this is the most terrible product only had a few months and the rain got into the lock somehow and it's not working now. I tried to get a return and they would not refund me or exchange the lock. This is a terrible Vendor do not purchase. They are awful to deal with and we have wasted my time and my money.

This item was ok until we used it outside, rain damaged the unit, we were very disappointed because we used it in our bnb gate, the company was very concerned and promised to send a replacement unit at no cost to us, we are planning to build a shed to keep it as dry as possible, the unit is not waterproof 100% but the company is aware of the problem and they are working to fix the problem. We loved to know that the company in standing behind their product, we are glad they contact us to resolve the issue. We want to thank the seller for their pront solution. Update, they never send the replacement unit they promised. Still waiting.

I’ve been using this Lock for a few weeks now, and it’s exceeded my expectations. Setup was simple, and I love the multiple unlocking options – password, NFC key, and RFID. The temporary code feature is super convenient for letting others in without needing to be there.

I love this lock. We have a gated driveway, fenced in yard, with a pedestrian gate for taking the garbage to the street. Since everything else is secure i wanted the pedestrian gate to be secure. But didn't want to use a key lock since there are some trusted people who need to come through the gate. I was able to give each person their own code which can be deleted at any time. It's a solid, secure, weather proof (not much rain here but always damp) lock.

Works but is heavy and bulky.

Best lock ever! I installed on my pool gate now that I have a tenant and so friends can access the pool when needed. It opens with an app on my Apple Watch! Wow. Uses codes my phone and 1 of two wireless cards that come with it. If I want to share access with a friend or neighbour I can send them a temporary one time access code. They thought of everything and set up and use is easy! If you want a great experience and so far amazing quality BUy this lock!!!!!

Well I bought this lock for a surprise present for my wife .we are older but function well in a electronic environment. After following the instructions and watching what videos we could find we set the padlock up . It wasn't very difficult but doesn't work right out of the box. Tried to contact after sales on the card ( if you have any issues contact ) It has been weeks and no contact. I have sent messages every day for a week. Absolutely no form of contact was made . Amazon did send a message to me about the return time being exceeded. But no contact from esmart . Product is out of China and no support seems to be available for this .something doesn't seem right about this product. Buyers keep looking if you want any sort of reasonable products with ahelp access line . For the the people out there thinking I might be a fool and can't operate a lock ,I'm a lift engineer and deal with some of the most advanced electronics on the market! I would give it no stars but my post will not be entered.

Very impressive and does way more then expected. Don't understand how to add users to the Bluetooth. 3 other people couldn't figure it out either. I'm sure there's a way but it's very confusing and the instructions found in the help menus don't help at all. Other then that we love it...sooo happy with this lock and the cards are a major time saver. Highly recommend when you have multiple people that need access like the gate we're using it on. Look no further.

Super happy with this lock. It can be a bit involved to take advantage of all the options it offers but that is what makes it so advantageous. Perfect to control a multi use building with numerous users yet giving you full control. No more hiding keys etc. Also their support department is fantastic and won’t leave you guessing.
