To start with, I’m 63 and have lost 60 pounds and have lots of loose skin with a little bit a fat around my waist. I have been wearing these compression shirts for about 3 weeks. Immediately, comments changed from “you’ve lost so much weight” to “you are looking so trim “. Those words exactly came from my friend’s wife, my sister and couple of young lady co-workers. The word “trim” was used by all of them separately like it was a talking point. So yes I have bought more because they help me look better. As for fit. I am 6’6” and weigh 220 lbs and bought the XL, both tank and short sleeves. It is snug but it has to be. The compression band is in the waist but not uncomfortable. When trying to pull over my head, it takes effort but is getting easier as I learn little tricks. It is very stretchy but is easier when completely dry after a shower. I think I prefer the tanks because that is the one I keep rebuying. These shirts are snug when matching my normal shirt size but I think that is still the correct size because it fits good while wearing. Even though it has been only 3 weeks, these shirts have had no loose threads or shown signs of failure meaning they are so far, pretty high quality. I am very high on these shirts.

I replaced all my muscle shirts for these ones. I'm pretty fit. I don't use them for body shaping. You need to go to the gym for that. I love these because they help with recovery. I'm 6'3 250lbs again I'm fit no belly. I use XL. Perfect compression. Not too tight. Not too loose. Perfect for the gym or even as a daily under shirt. I genuinely love these. I wish they had a long sleeve in this material. I know this company makes long sleeves but in the other fabric. I like it I have some of those. But I am more of a fan on these. I might go down a size.

That said, the overall quality and effectiveness are solid, and I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for a supportive undershirt. Just something to be aware of if you have sensitive skin.

My husband felt so good in this compression shirt. Great price and good quality. He wanted his shirt to lay smooth and it did just that. We’ve washed it and no problem. Very breathable and comfortable. Recommend getting this. The stretch but compression was good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought an XL, the first time I wore it, looked and felt great. However after washing it several times, it now has lost its compression effect. Feel like the product only worked before washing. I bought another pair from a different manufacturer and after several washes, still holds and looks and feels better than knocles.

Great investment in self improvement. My wife loves the new look and it reminds her of how I looked 15years ago. If you're a little on the chubby side, this item takes you back to when nothing moves that shouldn't move. Phenomenal buy!!!!!

10/10 recommend! The quality is great and very durable, not cheap material. It’s stretchy but also very compressed. Get a size bigger for a better fit.
