Bought for my granddaughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. She was never without it all over Christmas and new year. Well worth the money

Bought as a little cheap camera for a weekend away. Feels a bit flimsy and plastic but good for the price. Looks more expensive than it is. I got the green and it was a lovely, slightly shimmery colour. Quite light so good for popping in a pocket or keeping round your wrist with the strap. Takes a little bit to figure out how to use but isn't too complicated if you just want to point and shoot. Ideal little camera for a child or if you just want something to capture memories with. Not the greatest quality but you get what you pay for. For £27 would buy again.

Bought as a Christmas present, put the SD card in and it fell into the camera, shook the camera and you could hear it! Managed to get camera open, slot for SD card was not closed at one end. Terrible manufacturing..no wires connected. Sold a dud. Awful. Would not recommend.

From the front this Andoer camera looks the part; far more expensive than it actually is. It’s only when looking at the back that the low cost is apparent as the buttons are cheap and tacky. The SD card slot doesn’t have a cover. In this day and age, when everyone carries a mobile phone, I’m unsure of the purpose of this camera. If it took better photos than a mobile, then yes, it’s small enough to be slipped into a pocket or bag for keeping close. But it doesn’t. I stood on my front doorstep and took a picture with this camera then repeated the process with my iPhone Pro Max. I stood in the same position for each with both on their widest settings and didn’t carry out any post processing.I don’t think the photo quality of the Andoer camera is acceptable, not just because a phone camera can take a better picture, but because I wouldn’t want to show a photo take with this camera to family and friends.

Clearly not a 4K quality camera, wasn’t expecting this but don’t appreciate the false advertising. Decent enough camera for quick snaps and memories though!

Memory card slot rubbish. Hard to make card fit and then stuck. My own fault for buying cheap rubbish.

These days if somebody wants to buy a compact point and shoot camera, they will have a very hard time. Big manufacturers all but abandoned the market, and the few who left only sell pro grade compact cameras in the £1000 and above range. So what if somebody wants a point and shoot camera without braking the bank. I don't really know, but the answer is definitely not this camera.The camera arrived in a small box, containing a charging cable and a wrist strap. There are lots of lies in the product listing and on the box, and to be fair, I'm not unreasonable, I didn't expect great things from this camera, but this is just beyond anything I imagined. The camera claims to have a metal housing, but in fact it's just a flimsy hollow plastic. It's very lightweight (I guess that's good) but it feels flimsy. The buttons wobble in their place. There is an eyelet for a wrist strap, but this in on the wrong side, why didn't they put it on the right side, next to the shutter button? That way one could walk and immediately raise the camera and shoot as soon as something comes up. Leaving the wrist strap on the other side unnecessarily required to handed operation from such a small camera. There is only a micro sd card slot (not covered) and a usb c charging port (not covered) on the side of the camera, and on the bottom there is a standard 1/4" tripod mount.This camera is advertised as 48MP camera, which may be true, when one checks the resolution of the file, but any file can be interpolated to any size, that doesn't mean the details is going to be there. The minimum resolution is 3MP and I suspect that is the native resolution of the sensor, and it is just digitally enlarged afterwards. This adds pixels and increases the file size, but doesn't add detail. A 48mp image is about 2mb in size, which is laughable and clear indication there is no detail in the image. More on the photo quality later. The camera has a few settings that can be changed, but for what I don't know as it will not have almost any effect on the final image. The resolution can be changed, as well as white balance, iso (100-400), anti shake (digital only and useless), wide dynamic range (whatever this is, as the dynamic range is very narrow). The buttons are not very intuitive, the pictograms are hard to decipher, and the translation is bad. It's not easy to set up your shot, but as I realized, it's pointless to tinker with the settings. Nothing the user does can improve the quality. The aperture is fixed at f/3.2 and the shutter speed is a constant 1/125s regardless of everything.There is an advertised "flash" and an accompanying sentence "not afraid of shooting in the dark"...the flash in reality is just a very weak LED light, there is no flash in this camera and the light is unable to help anything in a poorly lit scene.But if you look at the attached photos, you can see that even well lit scenes turn out horribly. There is no detail anywhere in these pictures. The dynamic range is very narrow, shadows are murky, highlights are blown out. There is a 16x "powerful" digital zoom. See the red pot for example, the first shot at 1x and the second at 16x digital zoom, from the same distance. The shutter button is a simple button, there is no half press on this one. Once the button is pressed, the camera starts to focus. However, it will take the photo, even if it was unable to focus on anything. See the attached rose for example. It tried to focus on the rose, couldn't but took the photo anyway. By the way the colours are also off, that rose resembles very little of what it looked like in real life. I tried a 1080p video, which came out unusable too. There is no stabilization of any sort by the looks of it. The video is choppy, the framerate is low (probably around 15 fps most) the sound is bad, focus is fixed at the beginning of the video, and it won't even try to refocus, which is probably for the best.The battery is built in, not user replaceable. I can't comment on the battery life, but I guess it's decent, it didn't seem to deplete much in my testing, but I didn't test it too much. As for value for money, the answer is just NO. This camera is so bad, that I don't see why someone would waste £30 on it. Maybe as a kids' camera, but even then, the frustration is guaranteed. And it is not marketed as a kids' camera, so I'm stricter in evaluating this product. This is meant for people looking for a point and shoot camera and as such I cannot recommend it. Using a phone, or even a 20 year old digicam will result in better quality photos. Stay away from this one.
