I purchased this back in August of 2024 for my new ipad pro M4. I use and abuse this thing. It is my daily notebook for work, my note taking apparatus when I am in front of a client at lunch (and 50% of them ask about it when I swivel it around to take notes. I have used the rotating screen about 3 times a week, and every night I put it at angle that the magic keyboard would only dream about when laying on my side to read my kindle app. This past weekend I dropped it and it landed awkwardly splayed out thought I broke it finally but nope if you treat this right and don't mind the weight it is a great product for the price. Does it feel a little "plasticy" on the edges of the keyboard...maybe but I have had zero issues.For those bending their iPad...always use the center never open it by a corner but I wouldn't with any case so there is that.I have had great luck with this and would highly recommend it if you are going to do any note taking. I have only taken it out twice to clean the iPad

It’s a nice case and keyboard but it doesn’t fit the IPad to well the clamp by the camera keeps slipping off I don’t know if I was just sent the wrong case for my IPad. I did look in my settings and selected the IPad I have when ordering.The company actually reached out to me and was offering a refund and we decided they were gonna send me another case. That was the right fit for the iPad because the first one was not because of a mixup or something. very nice. Customer service very attentive.

" In mid July 2024, I ordered the: typecase Touch Keyboard Case for iPad Pro 11-inchM42024. this has a 360º hinge. I have used cases of this type before on other models of iPad, but it was the first from the typecase company. This case was easy to set up and use. It does have a lot of different function key options and there is a manual to go with it. And it has a touch pad you can use if desired along with backlighting. Yes, it is heavier than an Apple case, but that's a given and should be understood at the outset. It's also cheaper than an Apple case. Your iPad is protected with a plastic sleeve that snaps on. And you can pivot the iPad completely. These are all good things. The only downsides are that the outside of the case is slick plastic. You may need to put some bumpers on them to keep the case from sliding. Also it's a bit "creaky" when you move the iPad on its hinge so I can't speak to longevity. Experience in the past with other models NOT from this vendor is that you may get months or years of use from this case. But in the end the hinge will fail you. It is the weak point of this style of case. Still, I keep buying this style for its versatility and ease of use. It can assume almost any angle you like in use. You also cannot type on this in portrait position which is not a concern for me. Regarding customer service: within about 3 weeks of use, I had to recharge the iPad at least 3 times. That was not typical of previous cases which could go months with the type of usage I made of them. I sent a message to the company and was prepared to return the item because of this single problem. After some discussion of the problem, they wrote and offered me a replacement direct without having to return the case I have. I consider that to be outstanding service from a company and they deserve high marks for this. No case is perfect. But if this is what you need from an iPad case, I can highly recommend this one. "

Edit: company reached out to me a replaced the case/keyboard for no additional charge. Recently dropped my iPad with the case on, happy to report no damages.Original: It’s ok. It protects, kind of. Very thin plastic housing for iPad. The keyboard makes a very obnoxious buzzing sound when turned on. Will most likely return it.

Not only did the case not fit my Apple iPad 11 inch it is made of terrible quality I thought that it was going to snap with in 10 minutes of me using it or trying to turn the screen around. And while I couldn’t get my iPad in all the way at all it is also impossible to take out when it was only partially put in the case. I thought my iPad might break trying to get it off. Terrible product look for something anything else!

Good value,Customer service was excellent. The corner with the camera cut out doesn’t fit firmly because I did not correctly identify the model compatibility. They helped me resolve this quickly. The case works great.

I absolutely love this keyboard case! The build was fine if not be bit too light at the bottom. When I lean the ipad too far with the case, it just falls, there's no support system to weigh the bottom down. Swivel was fine, very easy, doesn't make a sound unlike a few reviews here. But after a month of using it, it started to have bluetooth connection problems. Reconnecting and connecting every few seconds.
