The pads are amazing and responsive. I get no notable latency on bluetooth, and having so many features customizable is incredible for power users. Beginners may get overwhelmed at the possibilities, but this is a controller that can grow with you as you learn. Carrying case fits neatly inside of a backpack, I take it and my iPad gen 9 everywhere I go. The Tempopad C-16 along with a well equipped suite of iPad apps are a very affordable alternative to the MPC.

The pads have an excellent feel, and the unit itself is solid and well built. With TRS MIDI, BT MIDI, and USB MIDI, the connectivity is great. Battery power is also a big plus. The four banks of pads and knobs allow for extensive mapping, and it pairs especially well with Koala Sampler, making it feel almost like a standalone device. I also love that MIDI CCs for the knobs can be configured directly on the unit without needing an app. If a future firmware update allowed naming the knobs, that would make it even better.

I got this gift for my 11 y/o son. He was super excited but once he hooked everything all it made was static. I'm returning it and hopefully exchanged one will work.

My granddaughter really wanted this item but the instructions don't make sense. She can't heat the sounds. So far disappointed.

I bought this on a whim so I could control the music transitions in my dungeons and dragons games with physical knobs instead of digital knobs from the software, and so I could rebind the buttons to perform various functions such as controlling lighting. It does a fantastic job of this- especially with midi to keyboard shortcut programs. What I didn't expect was the ability to customize the input of each button and knob, and for there to be 3 pages of inputs you can toggle through! This probably works great for it's intended usage, but there's so much value from a technical standpoint if you know how to use external software. I currently use it with my art tablet too, as I've bound a lot of keyboard shortcuts to it. I've gotten insane value out of it, and it's fairly small for convivence too! I am unsure if you can do more with the lights. I'm sure it's possible given the right modifications or software, but my only complaint is I haven't found a built in function to swap between lights dynamically. I was hoping for more cool lighting effects.

A bit tricky to figure out at first but got it down and my fiance loved it!

I honestly already have far too many pad controllers, but the size of this pairs up with the ipad mini so well, I couldnt resist. Not the most intuitive, but a great little controller. The knobs, buttons and pads are very smooth and responsive. The build, although plastic, seems very sturdy. I had a bit of an issue and the seller replied immediately and had it going in no time. If you have an issue, definitely reach out to them.

Gave the TempoPAD as a gift, which was received with great appreciation. Hooked it up via an OTG cable to a tablet running Koala Sampler app. The combination is both an impressive and powerful way for a beginner to start assembling sounds. Highly recommended.

Los Pads necesitan una buena hostia para Responder. Fingerdrummin' poco satisfactorio. Botones poco responsivos (Botones físicos y pads también), al intentar cambiar de escena a veces no responden. Plástiquero, Y eso no es lo malo porque hay cosas que son así de material y están muy bien. Lo probé y lo devolví. La verdad es que yo quería la versión Bluetooth que tiene faders Y que creo que está mejor, pero en Amazon no la encontré. Al ser poco portátil, para eso me quedo con la Maschine y el Push Que obviamente se meriendan a esta basura. 🤭

Cant be beat for price, and actual midi out (via 1/8” jack) is a rare feature for pads of this size.

ordered for a gift, didn’t open it to check it out (my fault) and was sent a clearly used pad. one of the buttons doesn’t work. 😡 ordered it 2 months before their birthday so the return window has closed.

I love the lights as you can see from photo, on god tho this is kinda fire, for the price is really good :) I’m getting out the suburbs with this MIDI device. This review was not bought or endorsed by enter company name here. That was a joke. Maybe ?
