Fitted well and would have done the job but my father who was suffering from dementia kept taking it off

Arrived in good time, but product not to my satisfaction, padding not sufficient in my opinion, tie straps pose a choking hazard to elderly or people with dementia, adjustable snap shut buckle like a bike helmet would be far better, also the gaps on top of head guard don’t provide sufficient protection in my opinion. Hence I spent more & got a better one.

I am going to be fired out of a 50lb Howitzer cannon into a lake of flaming petrol wearing this at my daughter's divorce celebrations. The padding is probably strong enough to withstand this, but to make sure I had some very aggressive yardies give me a back-alley seeing-to in it. Every single millimetre of my body hurts, but my noggin is in amazingly fine fettle. Am concerned about flammability though, so will be putting it through it's paces later today during a fire-pit crawl at my stepson's grandmother's sister's house. Blended families, I ask you.

Bigger than expected and the Velcro isn’t great ( but that could be because we are having the fix it at its smallest possible fit, it’s very thin and doesn’t provide much protection in all honesty, but my son having it on actually does make him more aware of himself

Excellent item, I suffer from Epilepsy and began blacking out. After multiple head injuries I found this product and thought I would give it a go. So glad I did, it protects you in the most important areas and is so comfy to wear, 100% recommend!
