Took these for a few weeks and definitely noticed a slight improvement in symptoms. Gummies were easy to take one a day comma taste was not bad, quality of the product seem to be fine. Ask their effectiveness I did notice an improvement in sum of my symptoms that they helped alleviate. Ask their effectiveness I would say they worked ish enough for me to say they did work and it's not just a fluke.

The gummies come in a sealed jar with a childproof lid. I personally like the fact that these gummies have more of a ‘jelly baby’ feel (harder surface and softer inside) than some other gummies. The gummies are extremely sweet, very pleasant tasting and they are easy to chew. The jar contains 60 gummies, which is a month’s supply at 2 gummies per day. I do however have slight concerns with the labelling. The label talks about a serving being two gummies, and also talks about ‘delivering a potent 4000mg per serving when taken twice daily’. I think it is clear overall that you take two a day, but this is not the best choice of wording. The other issue is with regard to the ingredient’s list and supplement facts. The label has ‘Supplement Facts’ followed by ‘Other ingredients’ rather than having a single full ingredients list and then nutritional information separately. The gummies weigh about 3g each, so a serving is about 6g. According to the label a serving contains 2g of total sugars. According to the ingredients the gummies contain xylitol and maltitol which appear to be for sweetening so if you only read the ‘Other ingredients’ section you might miss the fact that the gummies do appear to contain sugar of an unspecified type in the product. With the information provided in this way it is not made clear exactly what the full ingredients are. and a proper conventional ingredients list would have a lot clearer.
