Easy to use and competitively priced product
Very pleased with this purchase. Clear instructions are given on how to use and the activation code automatically links to the Norton Website to set-up the software. I have loaded it on to two PCs without any difficulty. Norton was already installed and there were no issues with my new 2026 version replacing the one already there. Contrary to some reviews I have seen, it is very easy to turn off the automatic renewal option once the software is in place. I have used Norton antivirus software for many years and have always been satisfied with the product. This way of accessing it is in my view a very competitively priced and easy way to do so.

Norton 360 Deluxe download code: Yes it's a faff but it works.
I've had this on my Windows 10 pc for several years without any problems. The big attraction over Kaspersky was always the unlimited VPN but I see Kaspersky is also offering this now. Unlike McAfee it doesn't seem to slow down my pc but weirdly it chuggs when opening the various features. Once opened, the features work quickly. Works fine on my android 13 phone. Don't ever get taken in by Norton's insulting auto renewal prices, just buy another 12 months elsewhere if you're happy to stay with them. They wanted £80 for another year, idiots! Using the product activation code is a real pain each time but once you've followed the instructions, set up your account [if you're a new sub.] and probably come to a dead end, just use the online live help/chat. Once you're through to a human they'll activate your new code for you. I got a free extra month's subscription out of them for the hassle but I will be considering Kaspersky next year if the unlimited VPN is still included [didn't spot that until I'd purchased this]. Once set up, don't forget to go into your account and turn off the auto-renewal. They'll remind you your subscription is coming to an end atleast a month before it does. It's as if they want to deliberately make it difficult for existing customers to buy a renewal elsewhere, which is a great way to p**s us off!

CONSTANT popups make it feel like you're being spammed... by an antivirus package!
The last thing an antivirus package should do is bombard you with constant notifications and popups. In Norton 360's case, the product is constantly trying to upsell upgrades and addons to the product. An antivirus product should do it's job quietly in the background unless there is a good reason for it to ask for critical user intervention, and then relating only to the job it was purchased to do - being an antivirus product. Sure, with many of the popups, you can ask it to, "Don't show again", but Norton don't seem to understand what that means. "Don't show again" means, "DO NOT show me this popup EVER again". It does not mean, "Don't show again, until you conveniently forget my preference in a few days or weeks". Norton, you can sort this out with some product updates that make the package less intrusive. If you don't, I'll simply subscribe to another product. It's a huge achievement when an antivirus product sometimes makes you wonder whether you'd rather get a virus than have to deal with all the rubbish that Norton 360 vomits up.

turn off auto-renewal
Got this 3-device subscription on sale, and it's been great. The installation was straightforward—I just entered the code and it covered my laptop, my partner's computer, and my phone. It runs quietly in the background without slowing anything down, which is my main requirement. The virus protection is top-notch, and the included Secure VPN and Dark Web Monitoring are really valuable extras. It's a comprehensive suite for the price. My only tip: Make sure to turn off auto-renewal, as it's almost always cheaper to just buy a new 1-year subscription on Amazon when this one expires.

Might not need it these days.
It's 2025 but I am still buying Norton annually. I not sure if I really need it nowadays as Google might be carrying out background checks especially filtering out spam in Gmail. I also think Google might be monitoring most websites. Norton for me is now something I just buy annually as a habit. I do change the settings and uncheck 'Auto renew'. I have never renewed Norton but always buy a new license as it's far far cheaper option. The dreaded Auto-renew is a scam that Norton should be flagging up to it's customers.
