I have no negative comments about the quality of the product but the dimensions mentioned is not correct. It should be mentioned with the diagram. The dimensions includes the outer handles also which is misleading. They should mention product dimensions only

The media could not be loaded. The idli cooker is really good but I am facing two major issues with it. One it came dentee in two places , it was just packed in its brand box only with no manual or warranty card or anything. Second issue is the lid just comes off once the pressure builds inside the cooker. I really liked the concept but I am little dissapointed after using it

Too light pot, it's not easy to remove the lid. And the knob broke into pieces after a few uses. Didn't expect such poor quality from Prestige
