Effective and easy to take
I love these. They make me feel better, more energy, and also they are much more palatable than the Costco version, which are like 4 times the size and have an icky fake sweetener taste. These cost a lot more than those, but I prefer them SO much, so it's well worth it.

I take B-12 shots but sometimes that is not enough. These give me that extra little boost until it’s time for my next shot

I've been using these for many years. i prefer the methylcobalamin form of B-12 over the cyanocobalamin form. They dissolve very quickly under the tongue.
