Wish the legs when lower and higher in order to place correctly in a difficult shower. This product does work especially for full bathtubs and shower. Easy to assemble, durable

Very nice, comfortable, quality bench. Relatively sturdy considering it built of tubes. It serves my needs as perfectly as possible. As advertised & better than expected. I have a roman tub & standard size bench is perfect for my bath area. However rail height is quite close to clearance of R tub edge...abt 1". Any higher is too high for me & feet won't touch ground. Easy assembly w/push button and click in tube holss. No tools needed. Everything locks in place as promised. The levers work well for my weak hands to slide & rotate seat. I also ordered the extra length bench for size/space comparisons but, the XL wasn't necessary so it was returned -UNUSED- for full refund. Called company ...they have leg extensions if you must raise bench for higher clearance of tub edge to outside. but, then, you'll need a foot stool as seat will be extra high. Overall, this was a big winner in my book!

As a retired engineer and care giver to an overweight family member, I've never seen a product of this type having a better design nor sturdier construction. Don't take my word for it, watch the videos of similar products that wobble. I shop carefully, checking every feature as best as is possible online, and this chair is now happily in my possession. This swivel chair has a four point support for the turntable that operates smoothly without wobble. The frame is wider than any other, allowing the high back seat to extend into the room beyond the tub for easy patient access, which also provides excellent weight distribution. As amazingly light as it is, I expected the frame to sag while in use, particularly as I assembled it at chair height, but no stress is evident at all. Don't buy the extended warranty, I'm quite sure you'll never need it.

This swivel shower chair works well. I bought it for my mom who has Alzheimer Disease and balance issues and she likes it. It's a bit wide so if your bathroom is small, you may need to measure to make sure it fits. We have to store it in the bathtub to allow access to the rest of the restroom. Since it isn't heavy, this really isn't a problem. Need to get used to the levers to slide but also isn't really a problem. The positives: it's light weight so it's easy to move when needed and when it's not needed; feels secure when sitting; glides pretty smoothly; locks at both ends to secure the seat; swivel motion is pretty smooth as well, and is fairly comfortable. Not quite a negative but would have liked: for the seat to slide and stay in place without needing to lock, my mom needs it to slide a bit to position herself to dry her feet. Unless it's locked, it slides her back; the attached belt is nice if you need it, but it cannot be removed. My mom doesn't need it, so it just gets wet and we have to remember to keep the chair in the tub until it dries or it will make a puddle on the floor. Overall, I would definitely recommend it for someone who needs assistance but can do some things on their own.

My husband broke his leg at the end of August and can't put any weight on it for 12-14 weeks. We have a regular tub shower so we needed something that could get him into the tub for showers easily. This has worked well. It is a little bit in the way and bulky for our bathroom configuration but it has worked very well. For the first 2 1/2 weeks he couldn't bend his leg and had to sit sideways in the shower. We did have to configure something to span the bars so he could rest his leg up on them. But as soon as he had his surgery, he was able to use it to scoot and swivel all the way into the tub without help! I would highly recommend this chair system.
